AN: Sorry for the late update, it's been a busy week. I'l try to update again soon to make up for it.
Julie and Luke were sitting in the studio. He had his guitar ready, practicing the song he was soon going to play for his parents. They were supposed to come in that day. Julie told them she found something else belonging to Luke and that they should come see his old studio. Suddenly, they heard a car stopping outside."
"I think that's them." Julie said, "I'll go get them."
She left the studio. Luke found himself alone, thinking about what kind of reaction his parents would have. Would they be happy to see him, would they get mad? They would certainly be confused, maybe even scared. He was interrupted by Julie coming into the studio. Behind her were his parents, Mitch and Emily Patterson. He stood up. Julie went to her piano.
"Thank you for bringing us here" Emily said.
"So, what did you want to show us?" Mitch asked.
"It's kind of hard to explain. It's probably easier to show you." Julie said and sat down at her piano.
She looked at Luke, who gave her a nod and got ready to play. Julie started playing the melody from Unsaid Emily. When Luke joined in, his parents jumped.
"Luke, is that you? Emily couldn't believe her eyes.
"Yeah."
"How is this possible" Mitch asked, looking at Julie while Emily talked to Luke.
"We don't know exactly"
"I'm so sorry for leaving."
"Were sorry for saying your dream wasn't worth chasing. Your music is amazing."
After about half an hour, Luke's parents got up to leave. They said goodbye to Luke, thanked me for making it possible.
"Feel free to come and visit as often as you like." Julie said, as they left.
