Too Early

I wake up the next day to Benny telling me to get up.

"Come on." he begs. "My mom's gonna pick us up for school in 15 minutes."

"Then I get an extra 5 minutes. I don't have to pick out what to wear and my hair options are limited." I tell him, my voice muffled because of the pillow I barried my face into.

I hear him groan at that.

It's quiet for a few seconds after that so I assume he gave up and left.

Or I do til I feel the bed shift.

Shit. I didn't think he was that determined.

I feel all of his body weight layed on top of mine.

I remove my face from the pillow so I'm able to breathe properly.

"Your crushing my lungs." I tell him.

"And I will be for the next 5 minutes." he retorts.

"Fine!... I'll get up."

He rolls off me, returning to where he slept last night.

Yes, we slept in the same bed.

It wasn't entirely on purpose.

We were sitting on the bed talking and eventually both became too lasy to get up so we both just stayed in here. Wasn't like it was the first time we've shared a bed.

I turn my head to look at him, glaring holes in his face.

He smiles at me and I roll my eyes before getting out of bed and grabbing my bag to take to the bathroom to get ready.

I'm not really annoyed and he knows that. I'm just incredibly tired and he's on the reciving end of my wrath since he's the one who caused me to be awake. This is almost a daily routine.

I walk out of the bathroom about 10 minutes later, now ready.

I was right though. I could've stayed in bed for another 5 minutes and been able to get ready in time.

"Hello!" Jen yells, coming into the cabin.

"Hey." I greet walking into the living room and dropping myself on the couch.

"How'd it go." she whispers so Benny can't hear us from where ever he is.

I give her a hand motion to say it was good.

"He did wake me up though." I complain.

"You'd think it wouldn't bother you as much now that you guys are a couple." she tells me, knowing how much I hate waking up early and how much he likes to wake me up.

"You'd think." I say in agreement.

"Hey, mom." Benny says, joining us in the living room.

"You guys good to go?" she asks us.

"Yeah." I say dissapointed.

Benny walks over to me to offer me both his hands to help me up.

I take them and he pulls me off the couch.

I let go of his hands then hide my tired face in mine.

"Come on, lovebirds." Jen ushers us.

"Lovebirds? Nope. Too early for that." I say.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Me and Benny just walked into the highschool building and his arm is draped around my shoulders.
"What about... Spiderman v. Superman?" I ask him.
"Superman. All day. He wouldn't even have to get up and do any acutal fighting. Just look at him." Benny answers.
"That's true." I say.
"It's common knowledge." he tells me.
"I know. I don't know how he is in hand to hand combat. I've only ever seen like half of a Superman movie and I couldn't even tell you which one."
"Henry Cavill?"
"I don't know."
We reach my locker and I pull out my portable charger.
My phone's dead since I couldn't charge it at the cabin all yesterday night and this morning.
I close my locker with my phone inside before I suddenly feel two hands grasp my shoulders.
It's not Benny's, he's in front of me.
"Hey, Kenny." I say without turning to look at him.
"God dammit!" he says in frustration. "Did you hear my footsteps?"
"No. It's way to busy in here for me to have heard you." I tell him.
"Did Benny signal that I was behind you?" he continues.
"Nope."
He groans at that.
"Anyway." Kenny starts. "What's up with you guys?"
Me and Benny smile to each other in a not-so-subtle way.
Kenny shifts his gaze in between us in confusion before his eyes grow wide in realization.
"No way!"
"What's no way?" Bertram asks, walking up to the three of us.
"They got togther!" Kenny tells him while jumping up and down excitedly.
"What?!" Bertram yells.
"That is what it is, right?" Kenny turns to us serious and Bertram follows.
I just nod and they both get excited again.
I roll my eyes and turn to look at Benny who's just smiling at me.
"What?" I ask him quietly.
"I have a pretty girlfriend." he says and I bury my face in his neck.
We haven't even got to homeroom yet and I'm blushing.
I feel Benny's arms wrap around my waist before Kenny and Bertram start gushing at the sight of us.
"Awww. They're so cute."
"I know. Their kids are gonna be so cute."
"Dude. I didn't even think about that but they so are!"
"Alright!" I say pulling myself from Benny.
I grab their shoulders and turn them around before pushing them towards our homeroom class.
"I kinda like it." Benny tells me while wrapping an arm around my shoulder.
