Emily's POV (✿^‿^)
I had already gotten dressed in the clothes Mae had given me , and I made my hair into a bun and went downstairs with Mae . As I walked down the stairs , Leo seemed to have noticed , and he was distracted from his conversation with Ray , as he was now staring at me .
" Wow , she looks beautiful , and that in just simple clothes ", Ray said , and I blushed . Mae and Leo just shot him a glance , and I guess he realized that he had said a little too much .
" You look like my princess . Now I'll go get a shower , and when I'm done , we'll get going ", Leo said , and he got up and left , to get ready .
" How about I get a drink for you ", Mae said , and I smiled . I was definitely thirsty , so a drink wasn't such a bad idea .
" Yeah , sure ", I said .
" Ohk , I'll just go make some ", Mae said , and she left to go make some juice for me . I got sitted on a sofa , next to the couch that Ray sat on .
" Has he asked you out yet ", Ray asked , and i pretended not to know who or what he was talking about .
" Who ? ", I asked , and he eyerolled .
" Leo , who else " , he asked , and my cheeks flushed red .
" Um...no , there's nothing actually going on between us , aside the fact that we're friends , I guess ", I blurted , and Leo stared at me in disbelief .
" You're wrong Emily , infact , I think Leo likes you . He doesn't care about people no matter what's wrong with them , so him bringing you over here means alot ", Ray said , and I had a conviction that he was right , but I couldn't help but feel like I was already having so much high hopes .
" Um ... Maybe ", I said, my cheeks turning red .
" do you like to watch movies ? ", He asked , and I nodded excitedly .
" We should fix a movie date , me , you Mae and Leo ", Ray said , and I loved the sound of that , I only hoped that Leo wasn't too busy .
" What day are you thinking of ", I asked .
" Um.....maybe this weekend ", he said , and I grinned widely . I was so excited , I couldn't wait .
" What did I miss ", Mae asked , walking in with four glasses of orange juice .
" Ray was planning a movie date , for all of us , this weekend ", I said , and a huge grin appeared on Mae's face . She dropped the tray of orange juice on the table , and gave Ray a big hug .
" That's a great idea , thank you thank you ", Mae said excitedly .
" Oh and I almost forgot , everyone grab some orange juice ", Mae said , and we all reached for a glass of orange juice each . It was really nice and delish .
" Um.... About Hayley....", I started , but Mae interrupted me .
" Don't worry about her hun , she isn't your competition , let me just say that Leo isn't really into her . She just serves as his girlfriend so he isn't single , not that he likes her or anything ", Mae said , and I felt relieved that my only fears were not going to come true .
" Oh ", I mouthed .
" Why do I feel like you three are planning a coup against me ", Alpha Leo said , walking down the stairs , and I noticed that he was now wearing a light blue shirt that was folded around his elbow , it fitted him perfectly , so it showed his muscles . He left the first two buttons undone , and h e wore a black trouser to match . I could stare at him all day .
" Nah.... I really don't have to do that , I already live a happy life ", Mae said , and that struck a cord in me . Alpha Leo seemed tough on the outside , but he was extremely caring on the inside . Mae could only say such , because she was living a comfortable life in his house .
" Seriously ", Leo eyerolled and made his way to me .
" Let's go ", he whispered in my ear , and I swear , I felt the hairs at the back of my neck stand up . I could feel tingles in my skin .
" Um... Before we leave l-leo ", I said , his name rolling out of my tongue like a heavy stone .
" Ray and I were thinking that it'd be nice if we could have a movie date , all four of us , this weekend ", I said , and silence filled the whole room . Leo didn't say anything and that made me worried .
Great ! He was going to turn it down .
" Okay , and can we go now ", he asked , and I got up and gave him a big and unexpected hug . He was tense at first but he loosened up . I pulled out of the hug and went to Mae and gave her a hug .
" See you this weekend ", I said to her .
" I can't wait ", she said , and I pulled out of the hug .
" Bye ray ", I said , and he smiled at me .
" Bye Emily ", he said , and Alpha Leo walked over to my side , and held my hand , and we walked out of his pack house .
