"Gina, wake up!" Justin whispers as he pushes my arm. My eyes open slowly, seeing Justin standing over me, fully dressed in jeans and a grey t-shirt. "you're mom just left, we have to go soon."

I look over to the clock, 5:00 am, kill me now...

But then my heart races as I remember why I'm up this early. I shoot up out of bed and go into the bathroom, suddenly nervous. I brush my teeth quickly then rush back into my room.

My hand runs over the smooth material of the Tailored Sportsmans' Justin gave me. Smiling, I throw them on then move to the rest of my outfit. I reach under my dresser and slide out my new Parlanti's that I've only worn once before to break them in even though I didn't need to. These boots are so soft and molded to my leg the second I rode in them.

Once I zipped them up I threw on pajama pants and shirt over it. I hop down the stairs and grab a granola bar out of the snack draw. "Ready" I say hesitantly, making sure I have everything. He takes the last bite of his apple and nods.

"Lets get going then. You sure you got everything?" After one last check list through my mind I nod and we make our way to the Volvo.

Halfway there I flip my shit! "I can't do this! Do you know how many people are going to be there? A lot! And I haven't exactly been on my game lately..." I trail off, trying to calm myself down.

"You're going to be fine." Justin talks in a soothing voice. "Don't freak out over something that you've done five hundred times."

I nod and take a deep breath, "I can do this." I say to myself.

We pull up the the barn entrance and see show security by the entrance gate, "Damn." Justin mutters.

Confused I ask, "Why are they here, we never had security before..."

"We're not the same anymore, more people came, and there not really security. They only direct us to where we need to park." As he pulls closer he says, "Gina, there's a blanket in the backseat. Put it over you and lay on the floor."

"What?! I'm not laying on the-"

"Do it!"

"Fine" I mutter and climb into the backseat. "I can't wait for this to be over."

"Shh!" Justin hisses as he rolls down the window. "Hey Dave, Maggy wants me up in the back, which way is less crowded?" Justin speaks to whom I assume is the security guy.

"Both ways are pretty crowded so choose one and drive slowly."

"Alright, thanks Dave." When I hear the window roll up I decide to get up but immediately throw myself under the comfort of the blanket. There are trailers, cars, horses, and riders everywhere! Each bustling about on their own mission. I hear Justin chuckle, "told you to stay down." I roll my eyes even though he can't see me.

Harry is up in the in-and-outs on the hill. Smart, I think to myself. Now I can groom him and everything without having to worry too much about being seen.

I grab a brush and begin brushing Harry's already spotless coat. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, what are you doing!" Justin takes the brush from me. "You can't get dirty!" he adds and begins to brush Harry.

I roll my eyes once again, "Come on! Why do you think we wear pajamas over our show clothes? For the fashion trend?" I say as I grab the hoof pick and pick out all of his hooves.

"Fashion trend? You? Now that doesn't seem to go together." I smile and start to brush out his tail. Justin checks his watch, "Your class doesn't start for awhile, do you want to watch some rounds?"
