She looks at us up and down then says "Oh my god" louder, then again. Her face breaks into a smile bigger then the ones on our faces. "You guys are finally dating!!!!" She runs over to us and squashes us into on big hug. I hate them, but learning to like them. "We have to celebrate!"

"Mom" I laugh. "We don't have to celebrate"

"Woooooooo!" She dances around the triangular Island waving her hands up in the air. "Your finally dating!!"

Justin and I watch a little scared of whats happening. "My moms weird" I state watching her continue to dance around whooping and yelling enthusiastically.

"Always was" He answers.

"Mom" I say. "Mom" again but louder. "Mom!" I jump out in front of her, "Calm down" I giggle. "No need to get so exited"

"I think there is" I turn around to Justin because he's the one that said it. "I know your not a big party girl but we are doing something, Just you and me"

"Justin, really, it's fine. Nothing has to be different from the way we usually act."

"Do you really think that we will ever change? We're probably going to fight in 5 minutes." He jokes. "let's go" He picks up the ice pack and keeps it on his face the pulls me to the door.

I look at my mom and she shrugs "You better go. We'll talk later" she smiles.

Once in the car I ask where are we going and we have a fight on the fact that we can't choose a place to eat. Finally we just decide to go to Franks, an Italian restaurant with absolutely everything. And it's not too fancy. I could go there in barn clothes if I wanted to.

Justin orders a chicken parm and I order penny al la vodka. Franks service is awesome, we get our food in no time and eat it quickly. We chat about random things and about riding. I couldn't help but feel nerves. I had butterflies, but why? It's the same Justin as before yet we are now different. Or at least I am.

I calmed down towards the end of the meal and couldn't help but notice that every time the waitress came by she would stare a Justin's face. He still holds the ice pack on and the waitress probably thinks I'm abusing him or something close to that.

The bruise is still purple and swollen but much better than an hour ago. I got a look at her name, Sarah, she even asked about twelve times if he was okay or if he needed anything. It annoyed me a little.

Mom was sitting on the living room couch, waiting anxiously when we got home. She jumped up and started asking questions. When she realized we weren't answering most of them she took a look at Justin's face. "Much better, but still keep ice on it." She switches the ice packs and hands Justin the fresh and cold one. Then she turns to me "You will come to my room as he changes into pajamas"

"Wha- why me?"

"Because you're the only other one hear."

I quickly change into pajamas then go into moms room. Her face brightens with delight and asks me how he asked me out.

I laugh and tell her without even hesitating on the kiss, then moved on to dinner now home. When I'm finished she hugs me and tells me that she knew we would end up dating. "Oh, and you're going to have to keep an eye on Justin tonight. If he sleeps on it, it will be more worse then better tomorrow."

"Sure. Night ma, see you manana"

I open Justin's door hoping not to walk in on him changing. But instead of seeing him in pajamas he's in jeans and a t-shirt. "No"

"Yes. Maggy is waiting for us, we have to go!"

I debate already knowing he's not going to take no for an answer. "Fine, but take extra ice packs."
