Things have been freaking insane lately. Work and family wise. Me working on the Voice, promoting my Bath&BodyWorks lotion, including releasing my new single and doing the music video with David Guetta. What's cute is the kids love blasting it in the car on the way to school. Bryce finished portraying a voice of a cartoon movie with Shawn Mendes, promoting his Nikes shoe line, plus bonding more with his family. The meditation and exercising gets me through the day all the time. Sometimes I'd have to bail on hanging with my friends because one of our kids catch a cold, injure themselves or make them do their chores. My phone clock struck 7am. Not to mention the awful buzzing. I groaned groggily, wiping my eyes and turning it off. Bryce stirred for a minute before wiping his face repeatedly. "Lord have mercy." He muttered tiredly. I rolled out of bed and threw my pillow at him. "Cmon babe, we gotta get them ready." I told him. I stretched while yawning. He rolled out of bed and stretched. We walked into our bathroom to freshen up. "Got Jace?" I asked. He nodded, smiling. "The girls?" He asked. I returned the gesture as I made my way to Breanna's room. She sat up rubbing her eyes and stretching an arm. I smiled. "Good morning babygirl." I whispered. She returned the gesture. "Morning Mom." She said. Bella always sets her alarm for school so she must be awake too. "Now, you learnt how to pick out your clothes right?" I asked. Breanna nodded. "It's on the desk." She told me. I grabbed them off the desk and laid them on her bed. She rolled out of bed and went to the bathroom with Bella. "Don't try it Jace! Get up! Or I'll count to three!" Bryce's angered voice heard across the hallway. It made Brian whine and bark as well. I huffed, going downstairs to feed him and let him go pee. Sometimes I'd hear them every morning. I began cooking their favorite breakfast: pancakes with whip cream and chocolate syrup. It's what they earned after doing well on their spelling tests and English test. Brian ran excited circles around my feet. That good breakfast smell filled the air nicely. Someone came downstairs and walked in the kitchen. Bryce smiled impressively. "You know? I could've cooked today." He said. I looked at him in awe while putting pancakes on both plates. "You've always done it whenever I was doing the Voice. Not to mention putting up with Jace's nonsense." I said, joking at the last part. He huffed annoyedly. "Oldest trick. Fake being sick to skip class." He told me. I nodded in agreement. "How'd you get him up?" I asked. He snickered. "I promised him we'll go to Maldives this summer." He chuckled. I playfully rolled my eyes and chuckled. "Think lying always helps?" I asked. He shrugged. I laughed, high-fiving him. Bryce chuckled. I inhaled a deep breath. "It's been a while since I've hung out with the girls though. Between work and kids, it's insane. We could use a little time off." I told him. He wrapped his arm around my waist. "Why don't you? You do deserve a breather. Maybe I'll watch them today." He suggested. My brain clicked. Wait, yes! We can spend time together for one day from our crazy work-family lives. I sighed happily and cheered. "Yes babe! Finally gives us time to catch up anything! Are you gonna be ok- he cut me off. "It's not me you should ask. You're concerned about the kids but I'll handle everything. Just enjoy your night out together. You deserve it." He assured. I smiled and kissed his lips. He kissed back. We parted. "Love you." I whispered. "Love you too." He said. On cue, the kids came in the kitchen dressed with backpacks on their shoulders. Bryce smiled jokingly. "Bon appetite! Made by your mama!" He said. I laughed and punched his arm. Their jaws dropped. "Chocolate pancakes!" They cheered except Bella who giggled. I made their plates before they sat on the living room. I couldn't help but admire their appearances. Our children sure knows their style. Jace wore a red marvel shirt, blue uncut jeans, black Nikes and wrist bracelets. This is what Breanna and Bella wore:Bella
