The door burst open. Alice squealed and wrapped the bedcovers around her naked body. I tugged at it to cover my lower half.

A boy with bronze curly hair and gold colored eyes looked at us, horrified and left the room quickly. Alice leaped up and started getting dressed again the second he was gone. I followed suit and we both rushed downstairs to find him. All of the Cullens were gathered in the sitting room. I almost walked out of the door again when I saw the sheer size of the other male. He had muscles that suggested he must have been on steroids. He was muscly and tall. He was watching me with cautious eyes.

"This is Alice and Jasper. They're the new addition to our family. I hope you'll welcome them as much." Carlisle told our new brothers and sister. The blond woman sitting in the chair next to the standing muscly bloke, stood up and approached Alice. She smiled a kind smile.

"It's about time I got a sister!" The two women embraced.

"You must be Rosalie." I said. She pulled away from Alice and hugged me too. She smelt like roses and all.

"I am. It's lovely to meet you both." Considering what Alice had told me about Rosalie and her tenacity, her jealousy and her territorial approach to this family. The bronze haired bloke smirked. He came over to me and slapped me on the back.

"I can see we're going to get along. I'm Edward." I understood why he had taken such a shine to me once he said his name.

"Right... The mind reader." He smiled a crooked smile that made his eyes twinkle.

"I'm Emmett." The muscly bloke said, waving a hand at us. I waved one back.

"Hi." Edward suddenly laughed and hugged Alice.

"It's all yours. And I like you already," I was surprised at the sudden gesture. When the pair spotted all the rest of us staring at them, they smiled a secret smile. "Alice is keeping my bedroom." I stared at him, gob smacked.

"It was YOUR bedroom?" Edward nodded and laughed.

"Can't blame her. It really does have a good view."

"That's true." I agreed. Edward and Alice smiled again. All of us were smiling. This acceptance had gone better than I could have possibly imagined.

We fell into Cullen life easily. We hunted in pairs or threes, hunting bears, mountain lions and elk. Edward was the most empathetic with my struggle. I guess they all were but Edward more so. Maybe because (he confessed this to make me feel better) he had been a terror away not so long after his transformation. Maybe it was because he could read my mind so he understood what I was going through exactly. All the others had struggled with this too so they all understood and were sympathetic.

Although we didn't sleep, the arrangements of the house was hard. With only three bedrooms, Edward had his personal items stuck in the garage. After a lot of thought, Carlisle decided to move us. We were to go to Forks, Washington. One of the most rainiest places in the US.
