"So Jasper. You will be taking my office for the week and fulfilling in all of my roles. You will also be assisted by my deputy," There was a knock on Doctor Frost's door and the old man clapped his hands. "And here he is! Come in, Doctor! Come in!" A man walked in. He definitely was far from retirement age. His hair was raven black and his eyes were a golden color. Like butterscotch. His skin was so pale, like ice cream. His face was lined too but he didn't really look that old. Maybe early forties or fifties at the latest? He wore the standard doctor white coat with black smart trousers and a green button shirt. His tie was emerald green.

"Doctor Frost. This is Mr Whitlock?" The doctor's voice was smooth too. He held out his hand and we shook. I almost pulled my hand back the second our hands made contact. He was freezing. His hands were literally as cold as ice too. And so hard!

"Yes. Jasper, this is Doctor Walker."

"Hi." We pulled out hands away and he smiled sympathetically.

"My apologies. It's a little cold outside." I glanced out at the sun shining in.

"Okay."

"Doctor Walker usually takes the night shift which is why you haven't seen him around much. He will help you on your first day tomorrow then the day shift is yours. You know what you have to do. Just do the tasks and everything will go smoothly." I nodded.

"Understood."

"Okay. You're dismissed for the day then! Good luck for tomorrow."

"Thank you sir. Bye." I stood up and left his office.
