(Court of Owl office room pov)

Luz and Malcolm had been knocked out by Goldface when they were distracted by the meta being induced with a red energy. When he knocked them out he knew who they were because before he did he was briefed on what they look like so that if he saw them to take them in. He brought them to the leader of the court of Owls. She is a 5.11 tall woman with black hair, a blazer, and knifes hidden in her sleeve.

Luz and Malcolm wake up to the sight of nine people wearing Owl masks in front of them staring at them. Malcolm tried to use his powers but remembers the place dampens meta powers. They both look at the one closest to them and figure that she was the leader. Luz looks over at the room with a person screaming in pain.

Court leader: You like it? A entertainment that will help us change the world.

Luz: How is this going to change the world?!

Malcolm: Yeah your already selling weapons, why are you zapping them with.. what ever that red energy is!?!

Court leader: Oh! You think these weapons are our best product. No we have something better that will sell and make us more money, it will give us power over all sides, and we will rise out of the shadows and take are rightful place at the top.

Malcolm: Sounds like a pipe dream.

Court leader: Shut it you~!

Malcolm: I mean I think I already know what it's called. "M Life" correct?

Court leader: Yes, see when super powers became a thing countries were trying to buy people with them at any cost. But it's limited, there are only a very few people with powers out there. So we needed a way to continue selling. At first we tried making more but that proved to be too costly, so we made "Meta life" a serum that can give anyone powers temporarily that are like our friend down there. 

Malcolm: Why are you telling us this?

Court leader: I thought you would want to know what we were going to with you two.

She snaps her fingers and four of the masked people dragged them down a hall and to different rooms. Luz and Malcolm are split up and taken to Power Forcing Systems (PFS's) and were unable to move when strapped down. The room went dark for a moment then back on, suddenly red energy is hitting both of them. Their powers were being activated and were scanned for later.

Court Leader: This could take a while, they seem to have high potential.

(CCPD pov)      

Kramer: Alright, listen up. This is not your everyday job, this is a rescue mission for the captured hero's Pause and effect and Sage mage. These people who captured them are dangerous, thats why I am having all of you use the weapons we confiscated from their buyers. Our regular weapons won't cut it, so we have to bend a few rules. I will lead the inside rescue while while Flash and his friends here will help the outside attack. Okay lets get going!

 (SWAT truck pov)

Kramer: Hey what do you two call yourself's? It would be better if I had something to call you by.

Vee: I'm strength serpent.

Kramer: Cool name, and her?

Vee: She hasn't come up with one yet.

Camila: I have actually.

Vee: Really? What are you calling yourself?

Camila: Finish line.

Kramer: I like it.

Barry: Yeah it has a certain ring to it.

Camila: Thanks I thought of it last night when we were playing DnD.
