After the court of Owl had escaped from the police, they went back to Gotham. When they had arrived they had shot one of the TV's in their hideout. They had lost a project that they had been working on for month's. Then a bunch of new hero's come out of nowhere and ruin it. But they had everything they needed for what was to come next.
They walk to a room where a very muscular man waited. He had been picked to take all of the serums they made. His name was Felix.
Felix: So I take it that project "M life" has been canceled.
Court Leader: No. We're just going to start the "destruction protocol" sooner than we thought.
Felix: You mean?
Court Leader: Yes, we"re going rise up.
Felix smiled at the thought of the Court of Owls being powerful again. He walk the room where he would be injected with the serums they had developed. Once in he sat down on a table and readied himself for the amount of needles going into him.
Doctor: You ready?
Felix: Born ready.
They activated all the needles to push the serum into his bloodstream. The first few seconds nothing happened. The a minute later he started spasming, cracking, and foaming at the mouth.
Doctor: No! We need to get this man help.
Court Leader: No. Just wait.

Felix: WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME!!
Court leader: This is what we wanted. A superpower soldier with no weakness.

Felix: ATTACK CENTRAL CITY AND CAPTURE EVERYONE WHO STANDS IN ARE WAY.
Court leader: That's the spirit, now teleport to central city and take down the Flash.
Felix: YES MASTER.
He teleports to central city and the moment he's scene people ran. He starts burning, destroying, and killing.
