After Luz and Camila got through the portal, they found themself alone near the swamp graveyard that they had fought Belos in. They saw that the portal was gone and they had no way back to the boiling isles. They walked how and they both broke down crying because they had been sent back by the collector. Vee and Masha were both sitting on the couch when they heard this, they both were confused by the crying. Luz and Camila were brought into the Kitchen so they could clean them up. 

Masha: What happened and why are you two covered in smoke residue?

Luz: gonna want to grab a chair.

 Later they revealed to Masha about the boiling isles, demons, magic, etc. They told them about Belos aka Philip Wittebane who was pretending to be the emperor of the Boiling isles and how he turned into a monster. She told them about the Collector and how they went to stop him. She told them about the battle they were in before they were sent back. When Camila, Luz, and her friends confronted the Collector they were sent back here using some of Kings blood. It surprised everyone that Masha wasn't surprised. 

Masha: Not that surprising, meta humans are real, so it doesn't really come as a surprise to me, except for the Collector he was surprising to find out about.

 Luz and Camila both look at each other with an expression that said 'why didn't we think of that?'. 

Luz: I remember now, I just haven't thought about it in a long time.

Luz felt dumbfounded . 

Camila: I thought it was a myth at first.

Vee: Oh I've read a little bit about this, it started in central city right?

Masha: Yep and they actually have their own super hero called the Flash, I have family there so I hear about it from my cousins all the time.

Hope shimmered for Luz and Camila when they remembered the night of the central city particle accelerator.

Time skip because I'm lazy

Later that night all three of the residents of the Noceda were up reading about meta humans, speeders, the enlightenment and so on. 

Luz: I can't believe we didn't start here from the beginning! "

Camila: Well this does all take place in central city so it wasn't likely we were going to be able to travel there without a risk *yawns*.

Camila was tired from reading articles. " 

Luz: Well I guess that makes sense. 

Camila: Look I'm regretting not going, it's making me crazy but we need to stay focused

Camila said changing the subject. 

Luz: Well how far are we from central city? 

Vee: About a 1000 miles away, why? *Yawns*. 

Luz: Well when I was reading about the storm that was sucking up everything into the sky I read that some physicists believe it was also a doorway to another dimension.

 Luz said making the other twos eyes go wide.

Vee: So you think that we might be able to get some help with getting back to the boiling isles if we can find the flash?" 

Vee asked in a hopeful tone.

 Luz: Exactly!

Luz said that almost to loud.
