MARIA STOOD STARING at the fire on the grass in a bit of shock. 'Fire will rain?' After thinking it was pointless sitting in her dorm while everyone see's their parents. She took a stroll only to find the grass on fire, worded with that phrase. "What the fuck..?" Maria mumbled as some of the students yell out in fright. ( it wasn't worded with the Phrase 'What the fuck...?' By the way if anyone is confused. 😭💀)
She drops her bag a bit away from the fire and runs back into the school, looking for a fire extinguisher, finding two emergency fire extinguishers in one of the stairwells. She spots Bianca. "Bianca! Give me a hand!" Maria shouted, catching the girls attention away from the fire. She runs over to Maria and grabs a fire extinguisher. They run to the grass and started putting out the fire.
Maria sweats as the fire starts going down. She finishes where she was looks at Bianca's side and see's some of it still burning she helps out the girl. When they finished, all that was left was the words burnt into the grass. Maria sighs in relief and moving to her bag, handing Bianca her bottle of water.
The girl gratefully accepted it with a sigh of relief. Maria looked up at school, only to see Wednesday and Weems staring at them. Maria's eyes widen and sends them a sheepish grin and a wave. Bianca taps her shoulder and hands her the bottle, it being about half full. Maria accepts it and smiles while Bianca waves at Weems. She drinks from the bottle, some water going down her chin.
She sighs, doing up the empty bottle with the bottle cap and putting it in her bag, wiping her chin. She holds out A hand for a fist bump and Bianca returns it. Maria looks down at the fire extinguisher. "What do we do with these.?" Maria mumbled. Bianca deadpanned. "I don't know, you literally shouted at me, gave me a fire extinguisher and told me to help you put out some random fire found on the school lawn." Bianca retorted.
Some of the school gardeners arrive gave them their thanks, due to them being late, and took the fire extinguishers. Bianca shrugged and Maria sighed, grabbing her bag and lugging it over one shoulder. "God damn I just wanted to take a fucking stroll not play Fireman Sam." Maria grumbled and Bianca snorted.
After it was all settled. Maria said goodbye to Bianca and went to her dorm, she finds Enid at the door going to open it. Maria jogs up to her. They walk into the dorm, only to see Wednesday staring at them, surrounded by candles. "You trying to dream walk Scarlett witch?" Maria joked.
Wednesday gave her a deadpan. "Sorry. We didn't mean to interrupt your.. uh.. do I even want to know.?" Enid asked, a bit weirded out. "She's trying to dream walk to be in a universe where we're married." Maria teased the goth girl. Wednesday rolled her eyes. 'I don't need to dream walk to do that.' Wednesday thought.
