What you learned so far this month was that it was okay to have days where you guys did virtually nothing. Not every day needed to be packed with something to do. Sometimes you just need a few days to lounge around. Today was such a day. Today you and the guys were all off in separate directions, enjoying your lazy day. All of your definitions of lazy varied. Sam was catching up on some tv shows to talk to Charlie about after he'd spent his morning starting a new book he had been meaning to read. He'd also done some light training that morning.

Dean Has been training all day. He's been getting antsy to get back to work, but he also wanted to enjoy his time off for a bit. Get away from it all for a while. It was a confusing and quite frankly, frustrating situation to be stuck in. Sam suggested going into the bunker's gym and training for a bit, letting out his frustrations. Dean had been in the gym since this morning and Sam was starting to get concerned. You'd just told him to leave Dean be. And you both did. Except for you and Sam occasionally coming into the gym get refill Dean's water bottle and a few snacks here and there, Dean was grateful for the alone time. And honestly, a bit touched to still have you two to look after him.

You had been organizing a few things for the coming days of your little Christmas event. You'd nearly had everything sorted out. But that could come later. For now, it was time to bring Sam into the gym where Dean was to talk about today's plans. Hen Dean pulled off his headphones, you told the boys what the plan was for the day. They needed to make one Christmas card, for one person they admire.

Dean and Sam immediately took off to their rooms, already having that person in mind. For Sam, it was Charlie. She had been through so much. From losing her parents at a young age (which he could relate to), and being dragged into the hunting life unwillingly (which he could also relate to), he admired her for being so strong. She only broke down when she had literally lost herself. The whole "Bad Charlie" thing was just too much for her and her strong exterior cracked. But she picked herself back up and dealt with it. Sam himself knew he was strong too, but he broke so many times that he could honestly say he lost count. But having someone to look up to when Dean wasn't the best, model sometimes really helped him. Charlie gave that to him. You gave him that too, but something about Charlie he felt so much comfort in.

For Dean, he looked up to Donna. It was admirable how strong she was. First, her ex-husband treated her like shit for her extra pounds. And while she was down for a while because of him, she didn't stay down forever. She pulled herself up by her bootstraps and started working on herself. Which had then led her to be dragged into the hunting life again when she joined a weight loss program that was run by monsters. Still, she kept going. Donna and Jody hadn't always been the best of friends. When they first met, Donna was being her normal bubbly self and Jody hated her. Though she was annoying.

Yes, she was a bit upset, but she didn't stop being herself, she just let Jody get used to it. There's only one time that sticks out to him when she finally broke down, and that was when Doug broke up with her. Dean always admired how sensitive Donna was. It may sound silly but Dean wants to let himself be like her. Sensitive. But the life of a hunter required the exact opposite. It was a very rough life indeed.

Honestly, you couldn't pick one person to write to. You had a few friends along with Sam and Dean that you admired! You decided to make cards for everyone you could think of. You ended up with 13 cards. 5 of them are dedicated to Sam, Dean, Jody, Donna, and Charlie. You dropped off your letters to the guys in the respective rooms. After you all organized your envelopes you hopped in the impala, Dean drove out of the garage and headed towards town to the post office. Afterward, you all got back to the bunker and you made dinner. A comfortable silence made its way over you all, and you thought of your plans for tomorrow.
