MALCOLM POV

The clouds darkened and the atmosphere tingled with charged particles. He seemed to have figured out what I was planning to do but yet still smiled, "Judging from the amount of energy you have put into it, this is your last move."

I tried to steady my breathing. "I won't need to do anything after that." He just smirked. As the remaining nine of them moved together and synchronized their moves, I dodged and dodged focused to spot that minute gap that appeared after every teleportation. I thrust my hands forward sending shrapnels of air at him but he just swatted them away. Some I had to lure him into my trap by making him teleport and striking at that short gap where he couldn't move after teleporting. "You have grown tired Malcolm," he sneered "You are no match for me as of now, why not try to run away?"

"you must be getting antsy if you want it to end so quickly. I can go on for as long as I want."

This was a lie. Currently, he had 9 clones, he may be in a bad shape, but I was in a worse situation with my powers on the verge of going dormant. I focused and formed one last huge globe of fire. My legs cried from exhaustion, and my hands felt too weak. I shot it at them, and they simply dodged it and teleported right near me to let lose another barrage. I smiled to myself, this was the opportunity I was looking for, an enormous lightning bolt in the shape of an eagle struck and engulfed all of them in one go. I snapped my finger and I rose high above, with the last bit of my power, I willed the wind to throw me away to a land far away from here, and a strong gust of wind and I was tossed away as my senses slowly began to dim and I slipped into unconsciousness.
