Chapter 14 : Where is she ?

On the same night, Xavier was pissed and worried. Y/N didn't come to the Rave'N, she didn't answer her phone and she was no where to be found. At first he thought she was late, but after an hour and no response to his texts he started to look for her.

He went to her room, to his room, to his shed, to the librairie, he had looked everywhere for her. To the point where he had to ask Enid and Ajax for help, he was extremely worried. He hesitated to call her dad, the Sheriff but he had just called Tyler instead. Who did not answer either.

- "Where the fuck is she ?!" He screamed and started throwing his paintings of her around his room.

- "Calm down, we are going to find her"

- " What if she got attacked ? by a bear or that thing" He panicked.

- " She didn't, i am sure she didn't.." Enid said, trying to believe it.

The three went out to look into the woods, but they went to wrong way. The searched the opposite side, and after searching for two hours, they went back to Y/N and Enid's dorm.

- " Let's stay here for when she comes back home" Xavier nodded.

Ajax and Enid fell asleep on the floor, and Xavier had falling asleep hugging
Y/N's pillow.

When the sun started to rise, the dorm's door had opened, which made the three students wake up.

Xavier opened his eyes and saw her, standing by the door. She was covered in mud and dirt. She had red teary eyes and she seemed exhausted.

- "Xav.." She managed to say before she collapsed to the ground.

"Y/N!" He jolted up from the bed and rushed to her, "She fainted!" He told the others.

He picked her up, and placed her on the bed. "What happened to you?" He asked worried.

Enid took a wet cloth from the bathroom and started to wipe the dirt off Y/N's face.

Y/N had slept for a few hours, when she woke up, she slowly opened her eyes to see only Xavier sitting on the end of the bed, his face in his hands. He was crying.

- " Hey.." She spoked lightly as she sat on the bed.

The boy looked at her with puffy eyes and hugged her immediatly, "I was so worried, I looked for you for hours" He cried on her shoulder, "What happened ?"

The girl did not know what to say, or how could she say it. She stayed quiet.

- "What's this?" He asked while taking her wrists, who were bruised.

She started shaking, she couldn't tell him she had been handcuffed all night because she was a hyde.

- "I.. I need some time alone.." She said not looking at him.

- "No, i can't leave you like this"

- " Go away Xavier" She said firmly and hid herself in the sheets of her bed.

The boy sighed and stood up, "I am in my room if you need me"

The girl stayed in her bed for the next couple of hours, she then got out of bed and went to take a shower. As she was trying to wash all the mud off, she looked at her scar. She wasn't sure if it was a bear that did this to her, it could've been Tyler.. She thought.

She got out of the shower and looked at herself in the mirror, "You are a monster" She told herself. She put on her joggings and a sweatshirt.

She went out of her room and started to walk to the Nightshade's librairie. She snapped twice and entered. Xavier had told her about this secret club and about the code.

She looked through the books and finally found one where the Hydes were mentionned. She stole the book and went back into her room.

She sat on her bed and started reading all about herself.

Traumatique experience..
The hyde's blood runs from generations to generations..
Can loose control of themselves from time to time..

She sighed while closing the book, she hid it under her pillow.
