Chapter 2

3 years later

I let out a chuckle as I watch him turn upside down on the jungle gym. He loves this playground maybe even too much. "Okay come on Ollie let's get something to eat Laura is meeting us there" I reach my hand out to him "Mom can we please get ice cream?" he gives me puppy eyes "Maybe" "Pleaseee?" he gives me even bigger puppy eyes if that even possible "Fine after we will get ice cream" God his eyes. His eyes were the exact copy of Pierre's the color the shape like copy-paste, and so was his adorable smile and laugh. I had him 3 and a half years ago. 

After that morning I disappeared from everyone even my family and friends, I haven't talked to anyone since then, I moved to Hungary 4 months before I had Ollie and I have been living here since then, I made a couple of amazing friends and had a great job letting us live quiet comfortable with O. Noone knew he existed not even my parents obviously they knew where I was I had to tell them after 3 weeks of no one being able to reach me Charles sent his 10000th text which stated very clearly that if I don't tell at least one person where I am or if I am okay he is going to the police. So I called my mom and told her that I am okay and that I am in Hungary and will be staying here for a while. She probably thought I meant a few months, but it's been 3 years now and I still made zero plans to go home or even near home. I was doing perfectly good on my own well with Ollie at least.

We sit down at the table after ordering food, Ollie is just playing with toys while we wait for the food. "Hellooo" a familiar voice just plopped down next to us. "Laura" I smile and give her a hug. Laura has become one of my best friends here, we met at work and since then she has been a part of my life she knew everything about me we knew all of eachother secrets. She was even there when Ollie was born, always helping me with him, she is like the non-officiant aunt and godmother to him. "Hogy van a két kedvenc emberem?" (How is my 2 fav person?) she asks smoothing Ollie's hair during our 3 years here we picked up the language pretty well, and Ollie speaks both very nicely "Megvagyunk, viszont lenne feléd egy elég nagy kérésem." (we are okay, but I have a huge favor to ask you) "Na mizu?" (What's up) she looks at me "Szükségem van valakire aki vigyáz Ollira holnap este mert van egy rendezvényem és előfordulhat, hogy hajnalig ott leszek" (I have an event tomorrow and I really need someone to watch Ollie because the event could go on possibly till 3-4 am) I speak fastly and nervously this event was big possibly meaning a promotion for me. " Jaj ne viccelj persze, imádom ezt kis lurkót" (No worries, i love this kid) she smiles at me ruffeling his hair again he just giggles at her. "Köszönöm" (thank you) "Szóval ez már az a nagy munka?" (so is this that job now?) she asks wiggling her eyebrows at me. "Lehetséges" (Possibly) I smile "Szorítok neked" (I am rooting for you) she soothes my arm comforting me. 

"Okay be good for aunty Laura" I give a kiss on top of his head. "Köszönöm még egyszer" (thank you again) "Ne viccelj. Ügyesen ma este" (No worries, Good luck tonight) she whispers in my ear while giving me a thight hug. "Köszönöm" (thank you). I drove to the stadium where the event was held. It was nearly 4 am by the time we closed the doors and I was exhausted but satisfied with how everything went down. "Sarah, eszméletlen munka" (amazing job) "Köszönöm" (thank you) "Menj haza pihenni, holnap beszélünk" (Go home and rest, we will talk tomorrow) I just nod going to my car when my phone rings "Mama? What's up? It's 4 am?" I answer the phone confused "Chéri" she says between 2 sobs "Mama?" I start to slowly panic "Mama what's wrong?" "Sweetheart- it's it- your brother..."
