    Garroth came over.

"The bus will get here in five minutes."

I nodded, looking over at Ein. I pushed him lightly.

"Hey, it's time to go." I told him.

    He groaned. "Five more minutes..."

    I smiled.

"Do you have a towel?" I asked.

    "No..." he said.

I put on my cover ups, and moved Ein onto my beach bag. He lay on the bag until I had the towel folded up. I stuffed it under Ein into the bag, and picked him up, slinging him over my shoulder. He stayed limp.

He sure was a heavy sleeper. I picked up my bag, and headed towards the bus stop. Everyone stared at me.

    "What?" I asked them.

"Did you kill Ein?" Travis asked me.

    "No, he's sleeping."

I ignored everyone's stares, and climbed into the bus.

When I found two empty seats next to each other, I put Ein in one of them, and sat down in the other. Once we got back to Phoenix Drop, I carried Ein to my house.

He was still knocked out cold. Thank Irene Mom was on a business trip. I laid him on my bed and was about to go sleep on the couch, when Ein grabbed my hand.

    "Don't leave..." he murmured sleepily.

I laid down on the bed next to him awkwardly.

Slowly, he moved me until I was cuddled right next to him. He was snoring softly. I smiled. How is this day so perfect?

The next morning, I woke up next to Ein.

Last night, I had pulled the blanket over him, to make sure he didn't freeze to death. He started shaking a few minutes after he pulled me in.

My skin was icy, so holding me didn't help his warmth. It was 5:49 when I woke up. Ein was still snoring softly next to me.

I lay there until he groaned a little. I looked at him, his eyes slowly opening.

When he realized he was in bed with me, he kinda freaked out. He bolted up straight.

"Where am I?! What happened?!" he yelled.

"You fell asleep at the beach. I didn't want to wake you up, so I brought you here. I was originally going to sleep on the couch, but you wouldn't let me go." I explained.

    He lay back down.

"Are you going to get up, or are you going to go back to sleep?" I asked him.

    He yawned.

"Yesterday, I got up at 3:00AM." he told me.

"Well, I'm going to go make breakfast. Enjoy your beauty rest."

I crawled out of bed. I made eggs, bacon, and pancake batter. I put it all on a tray, and took it upstairs to Ein.

When he saw the tray, he started to     drool a little. I laughed and handed him the tray, and a fork.

"Bon appétit!" I told him. I watched him start shoveling the food into his mouth.

Then I heard the door open.

"Eli, I'm home! I got let off early!" My mothers voice rang through the house.

Ein dropped his fork. I rushed to my door and locked it.

"Don't say a word. She will question a males voice." I told him quietly.

    "Eli? Where are you?"

I heard her bang the counter with her fist.

"Elilora, what have I told you about cleaning up?!"

We heard her heavy footsteps pound up the stairs. The doorknob rattled. Ein jumped under my bed. I laughed a little.

"Eli, open up!" Mom yelled through the door.

Her footsteps faded away as she stormed into her room. Her footsteps came back and the lock rattled, then clicked. I rushed over to the bed, draping the blanket so you couldn't see under the bed. The door crashed open and Mom stood there fuming.

"Why were you ignoring me?!" she screamed.

"Uh...because...I didn't feel like talking to you?"

    Bad answer.

She looked like she could tear the house down. She stomped downstairs and came back with a wooden spoon. My eyes widened in terror.

    "Pull 'em down!" she yelled.

I turned and jumped out the window. I didn't look back when my mom started screaming.

"How dare you be in my daughter's room! How dare you hide under her bed!"

I heard heavy footsteps, as Ein came up behind me.

"What was your mom doing with a wooden spoon?" he asked me.

"She was going to beat my ass." I told him.

"Wow. Language, girl." he said, laughing.

"Look, I'm upset that my whole day is ruined because Mom came home. I had the whole day planned! I was going to hang with you until you were done hanging, then I was going to do dungeons with Shu and FC! Now that she's home, I can't! She hates you, and she was going to force me to go to that horrible girls club!" I ranted.

"Eli, we could hang at my place." Ein told me.

    We were still running.

"I have a nice hideout in the forest. No one but me knows where it is. I made sure that it's a secret. If anyone else knows about it, I will ditch it. Unless it's you of course." He winked at me.

    I laughed.
