With Mr Schue announcing that he was proposing to Miss Pillsbury, the glee club had gone into wedding fever. Vam was walking down the hallway, their hands in each other's. "Pretty romantic huh? You think you're gonna get married someday?" Sam asks her in a flirty tone. "I hope so. You know anyone?" She asks him playfully. "Yeah. He's this awesome guy who's great at impressions and totally in love with you." Sam says, playing along.

"Really? Then maybe I'll have to meet him sometime." She tells him, stopping at her locker. "Sure, maybe at BreadStix tonight at seven? He'll pick you up, I heard he's a gentleman." He tells her, using the chance to ask her on their first date since he's come back. "Well if he's a gentleman. Maybe he's a stud athlete." She says, looking through her locker. "You do know I'm talking about me right?" Sam says, wanting to make sure she knew he was talking about himself.

"I thought so." She says, finally pulling out a few things, and putting them in her bag. "Okay good." He says, sighing with relief. "My parents aren't going to be home tonight." She tells him, hinting. "Okay?" He questions, looking at her confused, not getting it. She raises an eyebrow, and she can see the puzzle pieces fitting together in his mind. "Oh. Okay." He says flirtingly, dragging out the 'O', and leaning against the locker next to her. "Okay." She says, closing her locker and grabbing his hand, walking down the hall again.

"Do you miss me not having a letterman jacket to keep you warm." He asks her, playfully, but really wanting to know. "Not really. I like you with or without the jacket. But it does keep me warm, I'll miss that." She tells him, fake shivering to prove her point.

Sam kept his head high as he ran over to Finn, his hair dripping wet. "Hey guess what dude!" He grins, "I just joined synchronized swimming!" Finn immediately shushes him, looking around to make sure no one else heard him. "Keep your voice down! You want everyone to hear you?" He asks him. "Yeah, it means I get my letterman jacket!" Sam says, as if it was obvious.

"Dude you're in synchronized swimming and glee club, it's like you have some kind of weird death wish." Finn tells him. "Swimming is sexy." Sam tells him. "Not when it's synchronized!" Finn tells him, giving him a pat on the back. Sam looks over and finds Venus looking through her locker. "I'm not worried." Sam tells him, walking over to her. He suddenly found himself covered in slushy as Rick and the hockey team approached them. "Oh, ho, ho, ho. Did you see that? Synchronized!" Rick shouted, getting up in Sam's face, mocking him.

Sam looks down, wiping the slushy out of his eyes. "Sam, oh my gosh." Venus says, rushing over, witnessing the whole thing. She lifts the towel from around his neck and dabs his face gently. "Do you want me to mess them up?" She asks playfully. "Cause I will do it." She says, wiping the slushy on his shoulders off, causing him to chuckle. "I just joined the swimming team." He explains. "Oo! I love swimming. It's pretty sexy." She tells him, smiling. "Synchronized." He corrects.

Venus loses her smile for a split second before putting it back on. "You are really making it hard not to laugh at you." She mutters, trying not to laugh. "Don't laugh at me." He mutters looking away, embarrassed. "I'm- I'm not." She tells him, laughing through the first 'I'm', before looking serious, trying not to laugh. "Yes you are." He accuses her. "Do you want me too? Because I will." She asks him. He shakes his head 'no' and lets Venus lead him to the bathroom, cleaning him up.

With Arties' and the Girls' ideas for a proposal shot down, they were still looking for proposal ideas for Mr. Schue. Sam had an idea and Mr. Schue jumped right on board, happy with the idea. They were in the pool, getting ready for the proposal. Venus sat by Sam on the edge of the pool, splashing her feet happily. "I'm happy I don't have to wear those." She tells him nodding her head at the girls on the synchronized swimming team who were wearing swimming caps.

"I'd probably look like an egg. And don't say I'd look cute like an egg." She says, pointing up a finger to stop him when he opens his mouth. He closes his mouth and turns the other way. "I wasn't." He denies, as she deadpans at him. "Uh huh." She says sarcastically. "Their coming!" Rachel shouts, as she was the look out. "Love you." Venus says, giving Sam a kiss. "Love you too." He says, getting into position.

We Found Love - New Directions

The New Directions swam over as fast as they could to hear what Miss Pillsbury would say. "Emma..." Mr. Schue asks, breathing heavily. "Hmm?" Miss Pillsbury hums. "You are the one. You always have been. The truth is, I feel like I've had to stop myself from doing this from the second I first saw you. The first time I held this hand, it felt like I'd held it a million times before. Like somehow, it's always been here. Life is messy. It just is. And I... I know that's hard for you, but that's why you have me... to balance things out." Mr. Schue tells her sweetly.

But you have to realize, you do that for me, too. Every day. Loving you and being loved by you makes everything better. I love you with everything I am and everything I ever hope to be. So..." Mr. Schue says, taking out the engagement ring from his pocket. "Emma Pillsbury... Will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?" Mr. Schue asks her, hopefully. "I love you so much." She whispers.

"Is that a yes?" Mr. Schue asks. "Yes. Yes. Yes." She says, nodding her head. "Yeah!" Mr. Schue exclaims, putting the ring on her finger, and turning around to show the Glee Club. The New Directions all cheer for them, happy for their teacher.

After getting Artie out of the pool and into his chair again, Sam runs to Venus excited, almost slipping. "Samuel! Be careful!" She scolds, worriedly. He runs straight for her and picks her up, spinning them around. "Not my name." He tells her. "I know." She tells him, cheekily. "How'd you like it? Did I do good?" He asks her, hopefully. If he had a tail, it would be wagging fervently. She laughs at the thought. "It was beautiful, Sam." She tells him with a smile. "Yes!" He says, pumping his fist.
