I turned to look at Annabeth and she was still peacefully sleeping on the dock. She looked cute lik- nope not getting into that territory. I tried to shake her to get her to wake up. After a few seconds of trying, she woke up.

"Y/N what?" She said with concern in her voice.

"Harpies come out in 20." I answered.

"I was just getting comfortable." She said now annoyed.

"Well, you can be comfortable and be mincemeat in about 20 minutes or you can go on our quest tomorrow." I spoke jokingly

"Well..." She said like there was anything to debate about.

"Alright enough let's go." I said turning serious as I did not want to die tonight

"Alright." She said dropping the joke

We walked towards the cabins at a brisk walk trying to get there before the Harpies came after us. We got to our cabins after about 10 minutes. We said our goodbyes to each other and entered each of our cabins (which happened to be right next to each other).

I got into my room and almost tripped on the backpack that I forgot was right next to my door. I got on my bed and tried as hard as I could to go asleep. After about an hour of getting frustrated and trying I eventually was able to go to sleep.

I woke up in a forest but this one was different from the last few times. It had less...life. I looked down and saw a silver leaf next to a blue one?
"What were these." I asked myself before moving onto the other leaves.

One leaf was burnt to a crisp, but I could see traces of yellow. The next one was only half burnt and was green.

"Ahh, he arrives." A deep voice said as a crack formed in the earth. The crack took the fully burnt, yellow leaf while the green one teetered on the edge.

I wasn't scared I was just confused on who this was.

The voice continued," The long awaited "Y/N L/N. The Son of Artemis." I have been waiting for you." He said my name as if it was a title that I had earned.

"Why have you been waiting for me?" I asked still trying to figure out who it was.

"Plans need pawns." As he said this a scythe came flying from the crack in the ground and its trajectory was going straight to my face.

I couldn't move but right before it hit me... I heard my alarm.

I sat up straight in bed and found my shelf in a cold sweat. I sighed as I sat up and dried myself off.

I saw a red 7:47 on my alarm. My alarm was going off for an hour and 47 minutes. I changed clothes and  grabbed my necklace. It was now a hawk.

"Guess I'm going to the ring." I said to myself

That nightmare put me on edge. Everything that made a sound scared me.

*Knock* *Knock* I heard at my door. I practically jumped to the moon and back.

"Ημισέληνο" I whispered slowly approaching the door. I put one dagger on the table closest to me as I put the other one behind my back. With that in place I put my hand on the door and cracked the door.

I opened the door to find... Annabeth?

"What are you doing here?" I asked hoping everything was ok.

"You're typically out here by now. I was just wondering..." She said trailing off.

"Aww, you do care."

"Oh, shut up. You coming out here or what?" She asked almost rhetorically.

"Ανατολή ηλίου." I tried to say as small and quietly as possible trying not to show her that I had my daggers out.
