Dream POV

I was returning back to my consciousness. I didn't feel any pain, no sore muscles, just some dizziness. My head was spinning when I lifted it and looked around.

I was back in my cell. And I remember everything so clear, even the part before I passed out.

I look around and behind me was George standing behind the glass. I was relieved before I could even start worrying about what might've happened to him while I wasn't there to protect him. But, I saw the muzzle he was holding in his left hand. That's questionable.

I stand up and was about to make a step towards him, but he entered my cell then "Stop, don't move." he demanded. I did so as told, standing and waiting on the next thing to happen. He began approaching me, already lifting the muzzle in front of my face.

I was about to back off, but I have to remember that this is George. I can trust him.

George put on the muzzle on me as expected, strapped the belts around my head and grabbed onto the end of the grid. He began to drag me out of the cell like this which was the last thing I'd expect him to do.

"Huh? George?" His silence and the way he handled me was concerning me a little. And I was still not getting any response from him.

I carefully put my hands around his, but all he did was tighten the grip on the muzzle. Honestly, I had expected him to let go, but none of my expectations were coming to reality this whole time. I grabbed his arm with the same caution, at the spot where he was injured by me and that's when he stopped walking.

The brunet looked up at me and frowned "Let go of me" another demand at me.

Now I began to frown and get annoyed with the lack of understanding between us two. Well, no, I was the one not understanding anything here. What's up with him? What or who turned him against me like this?

"George, no, I won't let go of you until you tell me where you're leading me to and why you're acting so off!"

George looked to the side, avoiding eye contact for a second as I saw a hint of uncertainty. "Stop making things harder for me, just cooperate. Do it like you always did." the few words reminded me of Schlatt, something similar that he got yelled into his face at.

I stare at him for a little longer before letting go, and as if nothing happened, he kept on walking again, pulling my head after him.

Maybe it's just another experiment I'm being led to.

"At least handle me like you always did." I used his words. If he wanted something from me, then I want something from him in return too. It's fair only like that.

George ignored me.

My ears fold back and my tail starts to twitch in annoyance. "George, you're starting to annoy-"

George hastily turned around and rose his hands at me "Shut UP already!" he breathed loudly out of his nose while giving me this incredibly pissed off stare. "Just, shut up. Stop speaking. Stop."

We held eye contact as I was just feeling held back entirely now, his yelling having terrified me.

As I didn't respond to that, he roughly grabbed my muzzle again and continued to walk yet again.

My tail dropped numb, but my ears were still folded back. I don't know what's going on in George's head. He has upset me now. What if he's mad about me having failed my 'promise' of protecting him? I still haven't even asked about what happened after I was gone. Because to my surprise, George looks like he wasn't injured by Quackity.
