20 meters away from the Daycare center parked a black limousine. Sa loob ay may naka dekwatrong lalaki habang seryosong nakamasid sa labas ng daycare center.

It's exactly 4 in the afternoon, eksaktong tumunog ang bell at nagsilabasan ang mga bata. Marami rin ang mga parents na naghihintay sa labas para sunduin ang mga anak nila. 5 minutes later, ay halos nasundo na lahat ng mga bata. Kahit malayo ay malinaw niyang nakikita ang bata habang pinapa-upo ng teacher nito sa isang bench at tinabihan ito. Malamang ay sinasamahan niya ito hangga't hindi pa dumadating ang sundo.

Ilang sandali lang ay may humintong taxi sa tapat ng daycare. The boy excitedly stood and smile happily while looking at the taxi window. Lumabas ang babaeng nagngangalang 'Leah Williams' mula sa taxi at may seninyas sa driver.

He can't definitely hear what they were talking but by reading their lips he could understand it clearly.

"Mom!" Mabilis na tumakbo ito mula sa bench at sinalubong ang babaeng kararating lang.

"Ahh my baby is so good. Did you have fun?"

"Yes! I also made friends with Yan-yan, Justin, Ivan, Claire and Jessie and...and many more!"

"Wow! You made so many friends?"

"Yep." Proud itong tumingin sa kaniya habang nakataas ang noo.

"And they really like your baked cookies mom, even Justin is drooling over it." He lowered his voice while saying that. She chuckled and mess his hair. Kaya naman pala maraming friends ay dahil sinuhulan ng cookies. The truth was, sinadya niya talagang magbake ng marami so it would be more easier for him to make friends. It's actually very effective huh.

"I'll bake cookies more from now own so you could share more for your friends."

"My mom is the best! " He said cheerfully and hug her again.

Binalingan ng babae ang teacher ng bata at nagpasalamat ng ilang ulit. May inabot pa itong paper bag na may logo mula sa isang pastry shop na agad na tinanggihan ng teacher pero nagpumilit itong iabot sa kamay nito.

And just that, they enter the taxi and happily went off.

The man inside the car brushes his hair using his hand while still looking at the day care center. Ang malamig nitong mga mata ay bahagyang sinulyapan ang investigation report na nasa tabi nito. By just looking at it, the mother and son seems to be really close, very different form what's written on the report. Pakiramdam niya ay nasasayang ang pera niya sa isang walang kwentang report.

Kinuha nito ang cellphone at denial muli ang number ng Secretary.

"Re-do the investigation I want it tomorrow afternoon." He immediately cut off the call after saying his intention.

"Let's go back."

Meanwhile inside the taxi, Ruan subconsciously look at the rear view and saw a fancy limousine parked near the center. There's no special building near the Daycare Center as it is place far from the highway. The car became smaller and smaller until it was lost in her sight. It must be someone's rich relative.

"Mom." Marco tug her sleeves.

"Yes baby?" She turned her head then slightly bow.

"Marco, love to go to school now."

"Really? What might be the reason?" She curled her lips.

"It's very fun! Teacher Joan is so good and gave me 3 stars in the morning and another 3 stars in the afternoon. I have the most stars in the class! Even Justin's face turned sour everytime he saw this." He proudly shove his hands near her face that she could barely see it. And then continue chatting non-stop, she almost forgot that this kid is genius snob kid. Marco had change drastically during her care.
