chapter 6: Someone is jealous

You and Giyuu decided to go to the city; Giyuu was enamored by how huge some of the skyscrapers were, and he was blown away by how it was so different. There was so much more for your city to offer than your town. Many tall structures reached into the skies. There are a thousand people in the streets. This wasn't like anything Giyuu had countered before. So you and Giyuu decided to go to the Art Museum and science museum and finally stopped for lunch together. After having lunch together, you chose to go to the park in the city.

You enjoyed spending time with Giyuu, and you held hands with him. 'It was such a pretty day,' You thought to yourself. You smiled at Giyuu and decided this would be the perfect time to get back at him after the movie incident.

"Hey Giyuu, I believe I owe you something from a day ago," you said.

"Yes?" Giyuu said.

With that, you gently touched his lips, barely touching them. Now it was his turn to be caught off by you, yet Giyuu met no resistance. Giyuu returned to you and kissed you again, tentatively grazing your slightly open mouth with his. You were already prepared for this, and you kissed him slowly, feeling his rhythm as their lips moved over each other sensually. A small moan escaped you and caused Giyuu to stop and search your face for any sign of disapproval. Then, as soon as you felt him moving away, you grabbed the back of his head and brought his mouth to yours without hesitation.

This took Giyuu aback a bit. However, he soon got over that very quickly. You pressed your body against his eagerly; their mouth was interlocked. Finally, they stopped, you let go of him, decide to stop at this point, and you need to take your time. You weren't ready yet; however, both of you wanted more. Giyuu especially enjoyed more, but he knew now wasn't the time he would have to take a rain check for this and save for later.

However, unbeknown to you, Chris just so happened to see all of this, and he wasn't happy about it. So this was the thing that broke the camel's back.

"Y/N! I saw that! I saw all of it." Chris said.

Chris was pissed off by Giyuu, so much so that Giyuu stepped away from you. Giyuu went to Chris, who was a couple of feet away. The two men stood apart from each other, and Chris tried to instigate a fight with Giyuu. But Giyuu would not; he had dealt with people like this before and knew the best option. Besides, he could beat Chris ass up in seconds.

"Chris, stop this at once!!" you yelled.

Before Chris could throw any punches or kick, he stopped himself. You stood there in disbelief as you saw your friend was about to try to start a fight with Giyuu. 

"How could?! Chris, I don't have any feelings for you!" You said.

 Your hands went to your mouth in disbelief. Did you say what you think you said? Chris looked at you, stunned at you, but his face was bright red in anger. He walked to you and raised his hand; however, before Chris could hit you, Giyuu grabbed his hand. Chris looked shocked, he didn't see Giyuu at all, but somehow, this guy was able to stop him from hitting you in public. Giyuu let go of Chris's hand; Chris lowered his hand in defeat. He looked at you and Giyuu, humiliated, and walked away without a word.

Rei was walking her husky when she saw this in the distance, horrified and very proud of Giyuu for protecting you. She decided that she would not invite Chris to her 21st Birthday Costume party but instead would invite you and Giyuu. She walked away before Chris, you, or Giyuu could spot her.

You at Chris with sadness, but you are still in shell shock. Chris was jealous of you, and you didn't have any feelings for him. Suddenly Giyuu tapped your shoulder; you looked at him and hugged him. You need some comfort from the incident, Giyuu hugged back, and you enjoyed the embrace. You thought, 'So warm, I think I have feelings for him.' Then Giyuu let go of you, and you smiled back at him.

"Thank you...." you said.

"No problem," Giyuu said.

Giyuu thought to him, 'this relationship....it is way past friendship. I think I have feelings for her. I will ask her friends for advice when I get the chance.'

After the incident, you and Giyuu headed home from the city. You decided to call your friend Sky outside of your apartment. Giyuu was doing errands for you when your friend called you. You told her about the incident on the phone.

"So, that's what happened..." Sky said.

"Yeah, I can't believe it myself, but what I said came out of my mouth to Chris...." You said as you were walking around the house.

"Well, you were under a lot of pressure, so I can't blame you for that...." Sky said.

"Still, I think...after all of what happened, I now know that I think I have feelings for Giyuu." You said.

"WHAT?!" Sky yelled on the phone as you pulled away from your ear, then pulled back to your ear.

"Yeah...I only realized that after all the events...." You said.

"I am such a terrible person. I didn't mean to hurt Chris, but I know I am in love with Giyuu, but I am so afraid...." You said as you teared up.

"It's okay to feel that way, though it doesn't excuse what Chris did to you. However, I don't think you need to worry about it, and I think you should tell him about your feelings towards Giyuu..." Sky said calmly.

"Really?" you said.

"Yes, I think it would wise to tell him..." Sky said.

"But what if he doesn't accept or hasn't the same feelings as me..." you said.

"I don't think you need to worry about that, though if it does happen, then I will give you some of my advice on what to do in that scenario...." Sky said.

Then Sky gave advice to you, and you listened to her advice and even wrote it down.

"Now, do you feel better about it..." Sky said.

"Yes, I do...Thank you." You said.

Chris was at his home, remembering the incident; he gripped his hands and thought to himself, 'Since there is no chance with y/n, I would have to get rid of her....' He knows from his friends that Rei is going to have a party, and he also knows that because of what happened, Rei will likely be informed of the event, so he will not be invited to the party. However, he has his way of getting into the party, and he formed a plan to get rid of you.

He snickered to him and thought of the plan looking out in the window.
