Chapter 11: going on a short vacation✈︎

After waking up and successfully leaving the room without waking up Giyuu, you decided to turn your phone, and you looked to see the news from the phone to see that Chris was now in prison.

 'I was the reason why Chris ended up in jail. I wish I could change it...' you thought to yourself. Your phone rang, and you picked up the phone.

"Hi Maya, what is the matter?" you said.

"Hey, I heard what happened with you, Giyuu, and Chris. I am sorry that you had to go through that with him. My parents have a small private island in the Caribbean. Do you want to go? It will only be Rei, Sky, and I there. If you don't want to go, that's also fine." Maya asked.

"Well, it would be nice to get away, but, Giyuu doesn't have official documentation, so it would be near impossible for us to leave the country...." You said.

"Don't worry! You can leave it to me! My family owns a private jet that travels across the world!" Maya said.

"You would do that?" You asked.

"Yes, I would do that for you!" Maya said.

"Thank you! I gladly accept the offer!" you said.

Maya, Rei, Sky, Giyuu,  and you took a private plane to the main islands, now traveling on her private boat to the remote island.

"There it is! Welcome to my family's private island in the British Virgin Islands! It even has several different individual villas that belong to my family. It is named Blunder Bay!" Maya said as everyone looked out from the boat to see the island.

The island was about 21 acres; it had a nice ocean beach view and had several docks for many boats. On the beach, there were several awnings, and some houses on the island were far apart; there were many foresty areas on the island.

"After we land on the island and put our bags in our villas, how about we go swimming!" Maya said.

Giyuu turned, realizing he didn't want to admit it in front of you.

" Yeah, that sounds fun!" You said.

You decide to pick a villa that is the farthest away from the rest; your villa is fully stocked and has everything it needs. The manor had a gourmet kitchen, a lounge area, a fireplace, and a swimming pool. You wandered around, and eventually, you came to the bedroom. It was large, and the bed was huge; it even had curtains for privacy. The bedroom even had its balcony overlooking the pool and the clean, light blue oceans.

"Maya, you did think of everything. Even the individual villas have their wifi, security, and everything else you need. It had its unique furniture from the world's top designers, " you said, looking around the place.

You made a mental note to send a thank-you gift to Maya once you got home. After picking your villas and changing into swimwear, you headed to the beach.

"Alright, now that is all over! Let go!" You said.

"Can we play beach volleyball first? I never played volleyball before," Giyuu said.

"Sure!" you said.

Rei and Giyuu were team A, and you, team B, were killing you in the game.

"Point for Rei and Giyuu," Maya said.

"I am famished; I haven't done that much since high school....." Sky said.

"How about a barbecue!" Rei said.

"Yeah, I'm kind of hungry after working an appetite," You said.

You decided to have a barbecue. You made kabobs and shaved iced after having the barbecue. So you decided to have a water gun fight with your friends, and after that, you and your friends did many land base activities.
