Chapter 8: The party

You and Giyuu entered the party. It was crescendoing. People were talking, and loud music was playing in the background. There were people dressed in all sorts of costumes. Rei came out from the crowd. She was dressed as a witch. Her witch costume was a mix of colors. She had a purple cloak with two stars on the back. She wore white stockings and had purple mary-jane shoes on. There was one pink scrunchie on her left ankle. Her witch hat was purple with a light blue rim. She wore a Pink and white dress that had a purple undershirt. On the dress on two different sides of her waist were two bows. On the right side, one was light yellow, and on the other side, the bow was blue on her left. She wore a purple choker that had a silver cat on it. Her hair was styled, and she wore two blue bows holding her styled hair.

"Hey, guys! I am glad that you could make it here. The party is just getting started here." Rei said as she glanced at your outfits in approval.

"I am very glad as well!" You said.

Then Rei smiled and walked away into the crowd. You grabbed Giyuu's hand and traveled through the crowd. You were traveling through the crowd when you heard a similar voice called out.

"Y/N?! Is that you!" a voice said. You turned around to see Sky with her girlfriend, Aria. You remembered Aria from your graduation and were shocked to see her with Sky.

"Aria, it has been too long! The last time I saw you was on Graduation day at our high school! I didn't know you two were dating!" You said.

"Yeah...we have been dating for a while; it only recently we decided to make it public," Sky said, flustered by it, as Aria held Sky's hand.

"Well, I am very glad!" You said.

"Thank you, also, can I take a picture of you two, please?" Aria asked.

"Sure!" You said.

Aria got her phone and took pictures of you and Giyuu; then she closed her phone.

"May I ask you something?" Aria asked.

"Sure..." You said.

"Could I maybe post this to Instagram? I know you have an Instagram account, but I also know you tend not to use it often; that's why I am asking." Aria asked.

You hesitated for a few minutes. On the one hand, you wanted it to be posted; however on the other hand, you didn't want to disrespect Giyuu. You turned to Giyuu to ask him.

"Hey! Is it okay that my friend posts the picture she took with her phone on Instagram?" You asked.

Giyuu gave it some thought and responded, "Yes, I am okay with it."

You turned back to Aria and answered her, "Yes, we are okay with that!"

"Okay!" Aria said.

Aria then unlocked her phone and posted on Instagram, your picture. Unknowingly she also tagged you, and it appeared on your Instagram account.

In her post, it reads this,

At Rei's costume party, with my friend group! They are killing it!

Aria also used hashtags to get more people to like her posts, and she put her phone away to chalk with you and Giyuu.
