Chapter 11

My alarm went off the next day indicating it was morning, I groaned as I rolled over to turn it off and started to get dressed for the next day.

I decided to wear my peace sign leggings, with my grey vest top and sleeveless denim jack over the top with my black military boots.

Grabbing my bag pack I left my bed room and walked out and locked the door.

Walking down the corridor I bumped into someone knocking me over and making my head hit he floor. I groaned as I sat up.

"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry, hear let me help you."

I looked up to see a girl with short black hair, and an olive skin tone. She looked pretty concerned, she put her hand up out to help me up.

I smiled slightly before grabbing her hand and letting her pull me up.

"Are you alright? It was my fault I should of watched where I was going" she spoke.

"I'm fine honestly I wasn't paying attention, don't worry about it" I said with a half smile.

"I'm Olivia by the way" she said smiling, "I'm Meg, nice to meet you" I said smiling back. "Are you new here? you look a little lost" she laughed slightly, I nodded my head and laughed.

"Come on, we can go get breakfast together, Meg is it?" She questioned, I just nodded once again and followed her down the narrow corridor.

We made small conversation along the way, it was weird for a girl to be socializing with me due to me only having Leo and Peace as friends.

Olivia told me how she had 4 powers which were power negation, which allowed her to cancel out powers of other people. She was telling me about the pranks she'd pulled on people and how fun that power can be, she also had the power of physical duplication, which allowed her to make copies of herself. She told me about the times she couldn't be bothered going in school so she'd duplicate herself so she could stay in bed, pretty genius really. Olivia also had x ray vision, this allowed her to see through solid objects. Lastly Olivia had telepathy, this allowed her to read people thoughts or communicate to people through their thoughts. This made me feel a bit uneasy, she can literally read my thoughts and I would have no clue.

Pushing the negative thoughts aside Ofelia approached me.

"Morning Meg, before you rush off to school I have your car ready for you to test out" she spoke.

"How did you know what car I wanted?" I asked. She smiled before speaking.

"Peace informed us on what car you had your heart set on" she said, at this point I noticed Olivia had scoffed when Ofelia mentioned Peace.

What was her problem with Peace?

Who knows but all I wanted to do was rush off and get into my car.

"One more thing" Ofelia half shouted. "Olivia will attend your school from now on, so please take her with you" I nodded as a part of my response and smiled at Olivia.

"You" Ofelia said to Olivia. "Don't get thrown out of this school, just try to settle in for once" I noticed Olivia rolled her eyes as Ofelia said this.

She just nodded and headed towards my way.

"Come on let's go get your car off Jed he's probably waiting" Olivia said, all I did was nod and follow her.

After around 10 minutes we arrived in the caves car park and there it was my dream car, a Nissan Rogue in red.

I was ecstatic I couldn't believe I finally had my dream car. Jed was stood smiling holding the keys like he was a proud father, I walked over to him smiling like a Cheshire Cat.

"Your keys Miss Whitely" Jed spoke.

I took the keys and hugged Jed, before unlocking the car and climbing in. At this point I had forgotten Olivia was with me until she climbed into the car next to me.

"What do you think of your new car then?" she said with a cheesy grin on her face.

"I'm in love with it" I said. "We should probably get going to school before we are late" I said laughing for no reason at all.

After a few minutes we arrived at school.

Peace and Leo were standing under the entrance as always waiting for me, Peace seen my massive smile and grinned clearly please with himself.

I ran to Peace and practically jumped onto him, he just laughed.

"Thank you Peace!", I just kept repeating this.

Peace just didn't stop laughing until he looked behind me.

"Olivia?" He asked.

She rolled her eyes before pulling my arm and dragging me towards her.

"Don't tell me you're friends with him?!" She whisper shouted, before I could answer Peace answered for me.

"Yes she is, if you have a problem with that don't stay with us" he said before dragging Leo off, he was clearly annoyed.

I gave Olivia a sympathetic look before walking to my locker, something tells me this will be a long day.
