Chapter 20

Leo's face had the power to make all my worries leave my body. "Meg I need to tell you something, and I won't leave until I've said it" he demanded. I nodded my head for him to continue, "You're my soul mate Meg Whitely, but you know what else, I'm ridiculously in love with you" he said. I stood there smiling like an idiot. "And I don't even know how I got here or why I knew you were here" he said laughing. I laughed as well knowing at lot more about what happened then he does right now. " I just had a feeling of deja vu, like I'd seen you here before" he said. I smiled not saying a word.

As I started to walk towards him, he stood still.

Standing in front of him, I smiled down at my shoes before speaking. "You've always been my soul mate, but thank you for finally realizing it" I laughed. Leo then kissed me putting one hand behind my back and the other behind my neck. This took me by surprise but i eventually kissed him back, putting one of my hands on his shoulder and the other on his cheek.

At that same moment Olivia and Peace walked in I but I decided to ignore them, until Peace spoke. "Alright you two calm down, the only kissing round here should be done by me and my girl" he said laughing putting one arm around Olivia. Me and Leo just laughed awkwardly resting our heads against each other.

Knowing everything was okay Me, Olivia, Peace and Leo decided to go back to our cabin. Olivia and Peace walked in front of me and Leo, there fingers interlocked, talking about how they think this revolution will turn out.

Me and Leo were talking about how lucky we was to have each other. I felt honored that my best friend was my soul mate, it was the best feeling in the world. Leo put his arm around me and kissed the top of my head before we went over the bridge one at a time.

Walking into the living room I collapsed down onto the sofa next to me, Leo mirroring my actions but squashing me in the process making me laugh. He refused to get off me resulting in me having to push him off me, but I pushed him a little harder then I intended and made him fly across the room. He hit his head against the wall and slid down it. I ran over quickly trying to contain my laughter as I made sure he was okay. He just looked at me and laughed before speaking "Remind me that when we are you are always right, because honestly I don't think I could take a hit from you". I laughed as a response before helping him up. He just rubbed his head and sat down on the sofa. Peace's phone going off caught my attention. It was a text from Ofelia, who in this case is Peace's mother.

Gym 8pm, Bring Olivia, Meg and Leo, we will have to see what kind of fighter he is.

A question that played on my mind was why Peace had a different second name to his father and his mother. This was a question I needed to remind myself to ask Ofelia.

Looking at the clock we realized it was ten to eight, so we decided to change into some gym clothes. Olivia put on some black adidas joggers which had two white stripes running down the side. She was also wearing a white sports bra and her black roshe runners. She put her hair into a messy high bun and put on a simple shadowed eye with some winged eyeliner, and obviously she put on red lipstick. When does Olivia never not wear red lipstick?

I decided to wear my leggings which said work out down the left leg, my grey short sleeved oversized top and my black and white air max thea. I then decided to put my hair in a messy french braid with natural looking makeup.

Spraying my last bit of my 'daisy by Marc Jacobs' perfume, I noticed Olivia was spraying her last bit of 'alien by Thierry Mugler' before we both waited in the living room for Peace and Leo.

Olivia decided to put on some music to help pass the time, she put on 'feeling myself by Nicki Minaj'. Which was no surprise due to her love for Nicki. Olivia told me to put something on so I decided to play 'do I wanna know by the Arctic Monkeys'.

As we waited Peace walked out in his black nike tracksuit bottoms with his nike red top and his grey and red nike free run (4.0) trainers. He also had his jean paul gaultier fragrance on, which to be honest made him smell amazing. Leo then walked out in Peace's black nike joggers and nike white top. With Peace's old black and white nike air max thea.

As Leo gave me a quick hug I realized he was wearing his Paco Rabanne one million fragrance; it made me bury my face into him before he pulled away.

Leaving the cabin I decided to use my superspeed to get to the gym first.

"Ah hello Meg" Ofelia said as I approached the center of the gym. I thought now would be the best time to ask why Peace didn't have her last name or his fathers. "So why doesn't Peace have your last name?" I asked rather sudden. She smiled at me before speaking, "He has his father's name, I was married one you know" she giggled after saying this. "But I thought his last name was fisher?" I asked her rather confused. "Fisher is his name that he has down the GDA, its a fake one to help protect his identity" she explained. I realized now that Aiden's real last name must be 'Howard', I just smiled at her.

After a few minutes everyone walked through the door. Leo came and stood next to me while we waited to see what Ofelia wanted us for.

We are going to fight with the GDA in providence, rhode island. With the cave being in westerly some of us were at a disadvantage of getting their but not me.

"I need to know if you are with us or not" Ofelia asked.
