Lucy and Viktor carried a tray of food back to their room, where Allison was lying on her bed, facing the wall.
"Did you manage to get any sleep?" Asked Viktor.
Allison said nothing and continued to stare at the wall.
"We brought you something to eat" continued Viktor.
"I'm not hungry" mumbled Allison.
"Come on, you need to eat something" encouraged Viktor.
"This is all my fault"
"Don't say that-"
"It is. I knew something could go wrong if we did this, but I agreed to do it anyway. I left Ray, to be with Claire, and now she's gone... I don't even have a picture of her".

Allison rolled over and glared at Lucy, "I bet you're glad this has happened".
"How could you even say that?" Gasped Lucy.
"Last night you didn't want me to go to Claire, and now you got your wish. I will never see her again, and I bet you're happy about it, because it means you get to keep me all to yourself" replied Allison coldly.
"That is not true. I'm sorry for getting angry with you last night, I wasn't in a good place, mentally. I didn't mean to shout at you, and I certainly never wanted this to happen. You're my sister, I only want the best for you. I would never wish for something awful like this to happen to anyone, except maybe my worst enemy, because they deserve it. But you do not deserve this" insisted Lucy.

"There might be a way out of this" revealed Viktor.
Allison sat up straight at this news, "How?".
"Five's briefcase" answered Viktor.
"Five told you that was a bad idea" hissed Lucy, who didn't want to get her sister's hopes up that the briefcase would solve all their problems.
Viktor ignored her, "I'm going to try and get the briefcase back today".
"How are you going to do that?" Questioned Allison.
"I'm meeting with Marcus again today and we are going to do a trade" explained Viktor.

"Wait, again?" Frowned Allison.
"Yeah, I went to see him last night" admitted Viktor.
"Alone?" Quizzed Allison.
"Well, yeah. Look, I had to do something, for you, for all of us" insisted Viktor.
Allison sighed and stood to her feet.
"What are you doing?" Asked Viktor.
"If you think I'm not coming with you, then you're insane" announced Allison.
"And if you think I don't want you there with me, then you're even crazier" replied Viktor.

Allison looked down at her wedding ring, and managed a small smile.
"Just don't give up yet" begged Viktor.
"Since when are you the optimist?" Questioned Allison.
"I'm making a few changes I guess" smiled Viktor.
"Like the hair?"
"It's more than just a hair cut. I'll explain on the way".

Allison and Viktor then turned to look at Lucy, who was feeling rather uncomfortable because she knew her siblings would want her help. And she had no intention of giving it to them.
"Are you coming?" Asked Allison.
"I can't. Five told us not to mess with time anymore, so I am not going to go behind his back and do the one thing he told me not to do" admitted Lucy.
"Look, I know he's your twin, but you don't have to do everything he says. You are you're own person" replied Allison.

"I'm aware of that. But I don't want to travel back in time anymore than he does" informed Lucy.
"Why?" Questioned Allison.
"It's a long story" answered Lucy.
"Then you had better tell it, because I want to know why you won't help me get my family back"
"Look, I went through a lot in the 60's, O.K. Which is why I have no intention of travelling in time ever again. I cannot put myself through what I went through back then, ever again. I would rather die".

"You can't have gone through worse than me. I had to face segregation and discrimination on a daily basis back then" reminded Allison.
"Trust me, what I went through was worse" sighed Lucy.
"It can't have been" countered Allison.
"You don't know, you weren't there!" Snapped Lucy, as she balled her fists in anger.
"O.K, let's all just calm down for a minute, and not play the who had a worse time in the 60's game. Afterall, I was tortured by the FBI" interjected Viktor.
"Fine" grumbled Lucy.

"Lucy, whether or not you want to go back in time, is up to you. But I still want you to come with us. It's not just about getting the briefcase back. I want us to spend time together, as a family, and I don't want you to get pushed out. I'm not meeting Marcus until tonight, so the three of us can spend a lot of time together before then" said Viktor.
Lucy groaned and ran her fingers through her hair.
"Alright, I'll come. But I am not having anything to do with getting the briefcase back. And I do not want to see any Sparrows today either" announced Lucy.
"That's good enough for me. Let's go" replied Viktor.

On the way into town Viktor explained to Allison about him being transgender. And he revealed that he no longer wanted to be called Vanya anymore.
"Why did you not tell us sooner?" Asked Allison.
"I don't know-" started Viktor.
"I can't believe I never realised" interupted Allison.
"How would you have done?" Questioned Viktor.
"He's right. We were the worst siblings in the world back in the old timeline" reminded Lucy.
"God, I feel like such an asshole" groaned Allison.

"Can you both shut up for 2 seconds" pleaded Viktor.
"Sorry" apologised Allison.
"You couldn't have known, because I didn't fully understand it myself... But being with Sissy, it opened something in me. She showed me that I would never be free, hiding from who I am... Losing her made me realise that I don't want to go back into that box again. I can't and I won't" revealed Viktor.
He then stopped outside a shop they were passing, and looked at his reflection in the window, with a smile.

"You know, I always hated mirrors. I thought that everyone felt so uncomfortable in their own skin... I guess that's not the case, right?" Asked Viktor.
"What do you see now?" Questioned Allison.
"Me... All of me" grinned Viktor.
"I'm glad... Thank you for trusting me with this. You're family Viktor. And there is nothing you could say or do that would make me love you any less" informed Allison.
She then lent down and hugged Viktor tight.

"Get in here" encouraged Allison, as she looked over at Lucy.
"Na, I'm not really a hugger" replied Lucy.
Allison frowned and released Viktor, "Since when?".
"Since now... I wasn't being cruel last night by not hugging you goodbye before you left. I just don't feel comfortable hugging anyone right now" admitted Lucy.
"You hugged Five goodbye this morning" pointed out Viktor.
"Five is like an extension of myself, so hugging him isn't the same as hugging someone else" explained Lucy.

"You haven't been the same since we got to this time period. You used to love hugs. Did something happen to you, while we were fighting the Sparrows yesterday?" Asked Allison.
Lucy sighed, "You could say that".
"What happened? You know you can always tell me anything" replied Allison.
"I know. But this isn't a part of me that I'm ready to share yet" admitted Lucy.
"I speak from experience, when I say I know what it's like to hold onto a big secret. I know exactly what you're going through. And whenever you are ready to tell us, we will be here, right by your side" reassured Viktor.
"He's right" added Allison.
"Thanks guys... And if I do ever feel ready to talk about it, I'll let you know" replied Lucy.
