18. Forced Affection

Lucy wasn't in the mood to deal with her siblings, after they all voted to hand Harlan over to the Sparrows.
She didn't want to get involved with Viktor sneaking Harlan out either, so instead she just took a walk around the hotel to clear her head.
When she entered the pool table room, she saw Allison and Luther locked in a heated argument. And she decided to hide behind a pillar, so that she could listen to their conversation without being seen.
"I'm just going to go and see Sloane" revealed Luther.
"You can't be serious. You're blowing me off for some knockoff that you've known for 5 minutes" spat Allison.

"What do you even want from me? No, seriously, what do you want? If you had Ray and Claire back, you wouldn't even look twice at me" said Luther.
"But they're not back" reminded Allison.
"I know that, and I get that this is hard on you, and that you want a distraction. But you can't use me like that" informed Luther.
"I can if I want" said Allison coldly.
"That is not O.K" replied Luther, before turning his back on her and walking away.
"I heard a rumour that you stayed!" Commanded Allison, making Luther freeze.
He then turned around slowly to face her, "Allison don't".
Lucy's jaw dropped as she realised just how far Allison was willing to go, to get what she wanted.

"I am done letting other people decide how much I am prepared to lose" announced Allison.
"Allison please, don't do this" begged Luther.
"I heard a rumour that you want me" commanded Allison.
Luther's eyes fogged over again, before he made his way over to Allison and began aggressively kissing her and placing his hands all over her body.
His body was no longer under his control, and Lucy couldn't just sit back and watch as Allison took advantage of him.

Lucy knew that Allison was in no position to listen to reason, and with her words in his head, neither was Luther.
If Allison was going to use her gift on family members, then Lucy would have to do the same.
She closed her eyes and pushed her consciousness out of her, and forced it to enter Allison's body.
Lucy didn't like possessing people, and taking control of them, but sometimes desperate times caused for desperate measures.
"I heard a rumour that you stopped" shouted Lucy, using Allison as a mouthpiece.
Luther gasped loudly and jumped back in horror when he realised what he was doing.

Once Lucy was sure she had succeeded, she drew her consciousness back into her own body, and prepared to face the consequences of her actions.
"Thank you" mumbled Luther.
"Don't mention it" sighed Lucy.
Allison turned on her, with rage in her eyes, "How dare you use your power on me!".
"You used yours on Luther first, so you're in no position to take the high ground with me" replied Lucy.
"This had nothing to do with you, you should have stayed out of it!" Snapped Allison.
"I wasn't going to just stand back and let you use Luther against his will".

"You don't know what you're talking about. You don't understand the relationship and connection that Luther and I have" informed Allison.
"No, I don't. But I heard him tell you no, and that should have been enough for you. You can't force him to love you like that, because it is not right. Luther has moved on, and you have to accept that" replied Lucy.
"Why should I?" Asked Allison.
"Because you used to love Luther, but you left him behind. You chose 2 other men over him, and got married not once, but twice, while he just watched. And the moment he finds someone else to love, you try and lay your claim on him, just because your husbands aren't around anymore. You don't own Luther, and he is free to love whoever he likes. So, you need to back off and leave him alone".

"You don't know anything about love, for you have never been in love. You don't understand what being in a relationship is like" mocked Allison.
"No, I don't, you're right. But I do know about consent. And Luther did not want to kiss you, yet you decided to take his choice away from him, and force yourself on him. That is a whole new kind of low, even for you. In fact, if your plan had succeeded, and I hadn't stopped you, you would have have committed an illegal act" informed Lucy.
"You're blowing things out of proportion" muttered Allison.
