Allison and Viktor had spoken with Ben and Fei, and arranged for them to bring the briefcase to the hotel, that afternoon.
Lucy wasn't happy with the Sparrows knowing where they were. And she didn't like the prospect of going into a fight, without Five.
But she couldn't sit upstairs, and leave her siblings to fend for themselves. So, when the time came, she was downstairs in the lobby, with everyone else, waiting for the arrival of the Sparrows.

"So, what is the plan? What do we do when the Sparrows get here?" Questioned Luther.
"Just follow our lead" answered Allison, pointing at her and Viktor.
"Nice try, but we don't take orders from you" informed Diego.
"No, we don't" added Luther.
"Look, we know what we are doing, so just trust us" insisted Viktor.
"It's hard to trust you, when you gave away our hideout to the enemy. If this goes wrong, we will have to run away again, and find another weird place to live in" sighed Lucy.

"Look, it's all going to be fine. We are going to get the briefcase, and then travel back in time, before the Sparrows have time to do anything" said Allison.
"It won't be that easy, and you know it. Besides, we can't leave the time zone without Klaus and Five. And the second we get the briefcase, the Sparrows are going to demand we give them back Marcus. Which we can't do, because he has disappeared. When the Sparrows realise we don't have their brother, I'm pretty sure a fight between us will break out" replied Lucy.

"If fighting them is what it takes to get the briefcase back, then I'm willing to do it" admitted Allison.
"You honestly think we can beat them, without Five?" Questioned Lucy.
"Of course we can, we are all trained fighters. We did a lot without him, when he ran off and left us to travel to the future. And now he has done the same thing again. He's gone off and left us to deal with his shit. But I'm not going to just sit around and wait for him to come back. I am going to do something about our terrible situation, and get us all home" answered Allison.

"Five has a plan, I'm sure of it, he just needs time to put it into motion" insisted Lucy.
"Stop defending him! He is the reason our lives always go wrong! And he's left us, again. He's gone off to do things he thinks are more important than us, just like he did last time" snapped Allison.
"That's not true" replied Lucy.
"Yes it is, and you know it. He's left you here, with us, his oh so beloved twin. He clearly doesn't care about you, as much as you care about him"
"You don't know anything!".

"Don't I? Well, let's find out if this twin bond is as strong as you say it is. Did Five tell you where he was going or what he was up to?" Questioned Allison.
"No" mumbled Lucy.
"And did he tell you when he was going to be back?" Quizzed Allison.
"No"
"Did he even tell you that he was going to leave the time zone?"
"No".

"So, he left you, just like that, without even letting you know what he was going to do. Which means you have no idea where he is, just like the rest of us. And since we have no idea if or when he will be back, we have to deal with things ourselves. If no one else is going to take charge, then I will do it. And I will do whatever is necessary to get back the briefcase" announced Allison.
"You're really prepared to kill all of the Sparrows, if it will get you what you want?" Frowned Lucy.
"If that's what it takes, then yes" replied Allison.
"That is incredibly selfish of you"
"I don't care!".

"Hang on a minute, you can't seriously expect us to stand back while you murder a whole bunch of innocent people" frowned Luther.
"I expect you not to get in my way. Nothing will stop me from getting back to my daughter. Nothing" revealed Allison.
"Even us?" Questioned Lucy.
"I don't want to hurt any of you, but I will do whatever is required to get what I want" answered Allison.
"Good to know where we stand" frowned Lucy.

"Oh shit they're early" announced Luther, as he suddenly pointed to the entrance of the lobby, where the Sparrows had just appeared.
Lucy and her siblings stood up and walked over to join them.
She didn't feel happy about being outnumbered, since both Klaus and Five were missing. Which gave the Sparrows the advantage.
They were all wearing their matching uniforms, and each of them looked ready for a fight, unlike Lucy and her family, who looked more likely to fight each other, than battle an enemy together.
Lucy made sure that she was stood as far away as possible from Jayme, as she didn't want to get anywhere near the person who could make her see things again.
She was also stood away from Allison, as she didn't want to stand next to someone she was in the middle of arguing with.

"So, um, thanks for coming" said Viktor.
"Oh yeah, super glad to be here" grinned Jayme.
"Where are the rest of you?" Demanded Ben.
"What are you, taking attendance now? They'll be here" reassured Diego.
Lucy knew this was a lie, because Five wasn't coming back any time soon. And Klaus wouldn't get involved in the fight, even if he was in the building.

"Where's the briefcase?" Questioned Allison.
"Where's our brother?" Countered Ben.
"Maybe I'm not making myself clear. Let's try this again. Where is the briefcase?" Demanded Allison.
"Allison calm down" hissed Viktor.
"I've got this. Hand over the briefcase or no deal" announced Allison.
"Yeah, about that deal is off" smiled Ben.

"Take this, bitches!".
Lucy spun around and saw Stan running towards them, with a homemade bomb in his hand.
"Stanley, now is not the time" snapped Diego.
Stan dropped the bomb in fear, causing the collumn next to him to burst into flames. This caused several people to run away and scream, as the fire alarm started to ring.
"Oh shit" mumbled Stan.

"Power up" instructed Ben.
Fei unleased her birds, Jayme began moving her deadly spit around her mouth, Christopher the cube began to glow, and the other Sparrows cracked their knuckles aggressively.
"Get out of here" instructed Diego, before grabbing hold of Stan, and throwing him over the receptionist's desk, to safety.
"Now Chris" ordered Ben.
Lucy watched as several red beams of light exploded from the cube hovering above Ben.
Each one of the beams landed on one of her siblings, causing them to drop to the floor in pain.

Lucy screamed in agony, and tried calling out to Five, using their joined minds. But it didn't work, for he was too far away to hear her, as he was in a completely different time zone.
"I heard a rumour" started Allison, who was in too much pain to finish her sentence.
"That you're about to die" mocked Ben.
He then looked to his siblings, "Finish them off".

Lucy watched in horror as the Sparrows advanced on them.
She tried pushing out her consciousness to fight them, but she was in too much pain to do so.
In an attempt to avoid her fate, she tried to wiggle on the floor to escape the Sparrows.
As she did, she saw an old man with headphones around his neck, coming towards them.
When the man saw what was going on, he screamed, unleashing a huge burst of energy from his body, which hit the Sparrows closest to them.
Luther saw this, and jumped on Sloane, pushing her out of the way, so she wouldn't get hurt.
Ben and Fei dropped to their knees to avoid the blast, and Christopher was thrown against the wall, disrupting the energy beam that had been hurting the Umbrella Academy.

Lucy watched in horror as the shockwaves tore into Jayme and Alphonso, ripping off most of the flesh from their bodies.
She hated Jayme because of what she had done to her, but even she was repulsed and shocked by Jayme's demise.
"Jayme! ALPHONSO!" Screamed Fei in anguish.
"Pull back" ordered Ben, before sprinting out the door with Fei and Christopher behind him.
"Sloane, are you alright?" Whispered Luther, who was holding Sloane's unconscious body.
The woman wasn't moving, but she didn't look like her other two siblings, so Lucy had a hunch that she would be O.K.

As Lucy and the others slowly got up from the floor, Viktor approached the old man, who had saved their lives and killed 2 Sparrows.
A strange look of recognition formed on Viktor's face.
"Wait, Harlan, is that you?" Questioned Viktor.
The old man paused for a moment before nodding his head.
"Shit" mumbled Viktor.
