"Wednesday, thank you," I said as I unlocked my door, immediately dropping inside. She followed, closing the door behind her.

I showered at Xavier's. I couldn't stand the feeling of last night. I felt like shit.

All the boys were called to the quad by Weems. Apparently about six girls were drugged. Maybe from the same substance.

Xavier did tell me what happened, but I barely remembered anything. I had too much to drink.

"You're not too bad," I said, suddenly pulling Xavier's shirt off in front of her. I noticed her eyes widen. "You know that?"

"I do despise compliments," she said, her eyes wondering my room as I undressed completely.

"Xavier told me you helped."

"I didn't do much."

"But you did something," I said, pulling a dress onto my body. I grabbed some underwear, before pulling that under my dress. "Thank you, Wednesday."

"Of course," she said, before finally looking at me. "And thank you for braiding my hair last night."

I smiled. "You're welcome. It was a surprise when Tyler showed up though."

"Thing's doing," she said regretfully, making me laugh lightly.

"Right."

I sat down, pulling convers onto my feet. "Even though tour kindness might be ephemeral, I like it. I like you."

"Don't feel special," she said, making me scoff playfully.

"I won't."

All the boys seemed on edge when the girls arrived one for one for Sunday morning breakfast. Weems didn't seem happy either when Wednesday and I passed her. I was quite curious of what had happened.

When Wednesday and I had our food and exited the cafeteria, Enid stood outside waiting. I was surprised to see her looking for me.

"I heard you slept at Bianca's."

I glanced at Wednesday, seeing her eyes widened. Then I looked at Enid again, nodding. "I did. Lost my room keys. Didn't want to disturb you and Wednesday. Your room is full enough with Thing also there."

"You can always still come to me," Enid sighed. "I'm not mad at you. I promise. Please don't think I am."

I smiled softly. "I know you aren't, Enid. I just know my brother doesn't want anything to do with me, so I don't want to burst your bubbles."

She smiled softly. "Can we at least have breakfast together? I don't think the boys are allowed to mingle with the girls today."

I frowned lightly. "What do you mean?"

She glanced at the quad, and when I looked, I noticed that all the boys were on one side, and Miss Thornhill didn't allow the girls to be on 'their' side. All the girls sat on the other side.

"Here," Bianca called for us, which surprised me.

We walked to her and Yoko's table, which felt weird. We sat down, and Enid looked quite as happy as usual, but Wednesday and I both found it odd.

Bianca sighed. "I heard what happened last night, Ovia."

I lift my eyebrows, and she sighed again.

"Yoko was also drugged. Her drink was spiked, and we realized too late. Luckily, like Xavier did, we got her out of there as quickly as possible."

"Wait, what?" Enid asked, wide-eyed, looking at me. "You were drugged?"
