Y/N's POV
"Jisung, why the hell did you leave her alone?!" Renjun scolds him.
"Hyung, I was going to get..." Jisung trails of.
He then changes his statement. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have."
"Wow, you're also sorry. Seems like this is a joke to both of your'll huh?" He raises his voice which scares me a bit.
Mark walks over to him and rubs his back.
"Calm down Renjun. Because what matters is that she's safe now." He tells Renjun.
"Only because Chenle saw her, otherwise she'd be off that cliff now, probably dead and it would HIS fault." Renjun is fuming with anger now and Jisung looks down.
I realize that all this is my fault and I opt to apologize.
"It's not his fault, it's mine." I say with a small voice.
Nobody speaks. I take it as a chance to say something else.
"I didn't listen to him, that's why..."
"Don't add to my anger, because you're already SO much to handle! So if you could just stay out of this..." He shouts at me but trails off when he sees tears forming in my eyes.
"Dude, it's enough." Jaemin says while walking over to me.
Renjun drops his helmet. "I'm done skiing."
He walks away from us and a tear drops from my eye.
I feel Jaemin spin me around to look at him but I look down.
Even with my camouflaged clothes, I couldn't hide my tears.
"Y/N, don't cry. He gets like that sometimes, but that just means he cares." Jaemin wipes my tears with his thumb.
I didn't mean to be a crybaby but I can't help it with my sensitive ass.
Chenle bids us goodbye and says that he'll go check on Renjun.
They're still partners after all.
Haechan hands me the corn I asked for earlier and I'm thankful for it because eating it would mean I'd forget about everything.
Including my tears.
"It's good you stopped crying." Haechan reminds me.
"Why?" I ask him because why not.
"You look prettier when you're not stressed." He says.
"Is that supposed to be a compliment?" Because I'm confused.
"Yes, anyways, do you know why Renjun stopped?"
"Why?" I ask while taking a bite of my corn.
Ugh, why did he remind me about that...
"He's weak when it comes to tears." Haechan exposes him.
Him?
Weak?
Tears?
That's nonsense, I could swear he has no emotions, except anger.
But Haechan did know him better.
And I have seen him smile and laugh quite a few times.
Still, I wasn't ready to believe it.
"I don't buy it." I say coolly.
