I finally kissed her, I've been wanting to just grab her face and do it for the past week, she's just so gorgeous, I can't help it. I finally got to do it though, I sure as fuck wasn't going to do it during truth or dare because I didn't want an audience, I wanted it to be intimate, I wanted to be able to enjoy it. I laid in bed thinking about her, thinking about her soft lips, her soft skin. God this was going to make things awkward between us, I could pretend it just never happened, yeah that should work. I'll pretend the best kiss of my life never happened, come on Matthew use your goddamn brain. In the morning I woke up and she was the first thing that I thought of, she was always what I was thinking of, the only person who fully understood me. I had walked out of my room and saw everyone was in the kitchen. I had locked eyes with Ava and she smiled at me.

"Good morning," I smiled.

"GOOD MORNING MATT!" Nick yelled.

"I wasn't talking to you," I laughed.

"I still said GOOD MORNING," He laughed too.

"Good morning NICK!" I yelled his name.

"You guys are so fucking annoying," Chris rolled his eyes and I pushed him out of the bar stool.

I must've caught Ava off guard because she laughed so hard she choked on her water she was drinking making me laugh really hard.

"Learn to drink water, god Ava." I laughed.

"Literally shut up," She grinned.

I smiled at her and grabbed the milk from the fridge to make cereal. Nick and Chris left the room to go into a meeting that they had with our manager, so it was just Ava and I in the kitchen.

"Can I kiss you again?" I accidentally blurted out.

"What?" She asked.

"UH, never mind." I poured the milk into my cereal.

"No, No, I mean I heard you, I just, I didn't know if I heard you correctly," She laughed.

"Oh, right, sorry." I let out a laugh.

"There's no reason to be sorry, don't worry." She smiled and came to stand next to me.

"Hello," I smiled down at her.

"Hi," She grinned.

I leaned down to kiss her but I heard Nick's door knob move and froze. We both move away from each other quickly and just let out a small laugh.

"What are you two giggling about?" Nick asked.

"Nothing," Ava smiled and walked out of the room into the living room.

"You guys are fucking weird, I'm going to hang out with Alahna today, so, I'm probably going to be gone, and I'm pretty sure Chris is going to be with Nate all day, so it's just going to be you two, that's alright, right?" Nick asked.

"Oh yeah definitely, we could go on a walk or something, I don't know." I smiled at my brother.

"She's not a dog-" Nick said, causing me to let out a loud laugh.

Nick left when Alahna showed up, and then Chris left a few minutes after her so I went and join Ava in the living room. 

"Hey," I went and sat next to her.

"Hi," She grinned.

I leaned in about to kiss her again and my mom called my name.

"For gods sake- COMING MOM!" 

I huffed and she giggled, and I left the room to find my mom. I went into the room my mom was in and she had me get something off of the top shelf for her. I then walked back into the living room and just stood there. 

"What," Ava laughed.

"You wanna go on a walk?" I asked.

"Omg yes!" She jumped up on the couch and went to go get her sweatshirt from Nick's room.

"It's literally 80 degrees," Matt laughed.

"Okay? I still want to be comfy, plus, I'm in shorts, I'll be fine." She laughed.

"Alright, whatever." I laughed.

We walked out of the house and I interlocked our hands and she looked up at me.

"What? Friends can hold hands." I shrugged.

"Oh, right." She gave me a smile.

We just walked and talk and ended up at an over pass, where we decided to sit under and take  pictures together.

"Matt look at the camera, not at me." She laughed.

We took a photo together and I saw that she changed it to her background.

"Send it to me," I smiled at her.

"Of course, it's sending right now." She grinned, "I hope your alright with it being my background, Nick, Chris, and I are my lock screen, so it felt right."

"I don't mind at all," I smiled.

We continued walking and we realized how far we were from the house.

"Hey Matt?" She asked.

"Yes?"

"Why did you kiss me?" She asked.

"Because I wanted to," I replied.

"Oh, Okay."

"And you're pretty," I smiled.

"Oh," She looked down to try to hide her smiling.

"Can I take you out tonight? It doesn't need to be a date, just like, go get food, just the two of us, at McDonalds or something." I asked her.

"I'd love too," She smiled.

I lifted her chin up and looked into her eyes. She smiled at me and I just admired her face. I leaned down and kissed her again, I felt like fireworks were going to lift us up into the sky. I slowly pulled away from her lips and slowly rubbed her cheek with my thumb. We then decided to walk back to the house, I didn't know how I was feeling, what was going on, but I knew I had strong feelings for Ava, I could just never be able to form it into words.
