It was 2:30 in the morning, I haven't been able to sleep all weekend, I missed Ava, it felt like my soul went with her when she left, since she got her own place, so I was on my way to her apartment, because I needed to sleep, I missed her, she hasn't left her house since she moved in other than going to school, I texted her all the time, but I think she feels lonely, because she's been acting strange. I pulled into her parking garage and went up to her apartment and quietly unlocked her front door. When I walked in she was sitting on the couch watching TV and doing homework. 

"Matt! Hi!" She looked up and grinned.

"Hi baby, why are you awake?" I asked and sat next to her.

"I couldn't sleep, so I thought I would do homework." She gave me a sleepy smile.

"You're tired though," I replied with a small laugh.

"Yeah, well," She pointed at her fancy clock she bought.

"Ava, I can't fucking read that." I laughed.

"Here I'll teach you, okay so the i looking things are one, so up to 3 it has 1, 2, 3, then V is five so 4 is IV because its one before 5," She explained to me.

I actually did know how to read roman numerals, I just wanted her eyes to light up when she explained them to me. She always gets excited when she gets to teach me something, so when the opportunity comes, I jump on it. 

"You're so cute," I smiled at her.

She just blushed and I continued to stare into her eyes.

"Fucking kiss me already, damn." She laughed and pulled my head to hers, attaching our lips.

"You're amazing," I smiled at her.

"You're magnificent," She replied, "Hey do you want to go up to the roof?"

"Sure?" I questioned and she dragged me to the elevator.

"They guy said I was allowed to come up here any time, it's meant for people to hang out on but no one ever does." She smiled at me.

When we got up there we laid down, just staring up at the stars. We just talked and I played with her hair, and listened to our heartbeats.

"Matt, do you believe in soulmates, twin flames, you know?" She asked.

"What's a twin flame?" I asked, actually didn't know what that was.

"Two souls who were in love in a past life, when you meet your twin flame, you feel like you're whole again, you felt like a piece of you was missing, but you finally found it." She spoke softly. 

"I mean, maybe." I smiled at what she said.

"Do you think we're twin flames?" 

"Maybe," I replied.

"It's how I felt when I met you," She had such a soft tone. 

"Like I finally found my reason," I replied.

She sat up and looked at me, then her lips were met with mine. I wrapped my arms around her, holding her close to me, I never was going to let her go, I finally had her. We didn't stop, we just enjoyed each other, every single second. Soon the sun had come up, and we were laying in each others arms, asleep finally. After every sleepless night, we finally slept well.

"Shit, it's a school day." I shook her awake.

"Hm? SHIT!" She noticed the sun had come up and we just ran downstairs to the van and drove to school quickly.

When we got there we went in and made it just in time, I saw Nick and Chris standing at my locker and I grinned at them.

"Well you two were," Nick laughed.

"Well, uh yeah." I gave them a smile.

"OH MY GOD YOU GUYS-" Chris yelled but I covered his mouth before he could finish.

"Keep your fucking voice down you idiot." I smacked his arm.

"DON'T lay your hands on another student mr. Sturniolo." A teacher yelled.

"He's literally my br- okay." I rolled my eyes and turned back to my locker."

"Holy. Shit." Nick gasped.

"NICK THERE YOU ARE!" I heard Ava yell running down the hallway, she stopped and grinned at me, "Hi."

"Hi." I grinned back. 

"You guys are so disgusting," Chris fake gagged.

Ava whispered something in Nick's ear and his eyes widened and he loudly spoke, "ON THE ROOF?!"

"Nick would you be quiet!?" I laughed.

"Sorry, sorry." He laughed.
