I was fired from my job, I was really upset, but also scared, I was in such a stable position and then they laid me off because they needed to cut down on employee's. Mary Lou had told me that a hair salon down the road was looking for a receptionist, which I would love a job like that, even being in the hair environment would be enough for me till I was able to pay for cosmetology school after graduation. Mary Lou had gotten me an interview, everything had turned around so quickly, I was so happy. I was back at my apartment now, just sitting on my couch watching TV, when my phone started working.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hi there! This is Becca, I work at the social clips hair and spa, I wanted to confirm your interview for Tuesday?" She spoke. 

"Yep, can I confirm what time?" I asked her.

"How about...2:30 pm?" She asked.

"Sounds great! Thank you so much!" I spoke.

"No thank you! See you soon."

I had hung up the phone and sat back grinning. I decided to start looking for my graduation outfit, because I knew I was going to run out of time. I found a cute black sun dress and bought it express shipped so I knew I would get it on time. I just relaxed on the couch the rest of the night till it was time for me to do my skincare and then go to bed. I was rubbing in moisturizer when I got a FaceTime from matt so I answered it with my elbow.

"Hi beautiful girl, what're you doing?" He asked.

"Skin care," 

"OOO FUN! If I come over now can you do mine?" He asked.

"Of course," I smiled.

He said he was going to be over soon and hung up the phone. Ten minutes later I heard my front door open and my boyfriend was standing in my bathroom doorway.

"I'm ready for my spa night," He laughed.

"Wash your face," I laughed at him.

"Which face wash do I use?" He asked.

"This one," I handed him one.

"Alright." 

He washed his face and I got all of my spare skincare stuff out and he went and flopped on my bed. I went and sat on his lap and put a fluffy headband on him to move his hair out of the way. I got out a sheet face mask and put it on his face, then we waited to take it off. I then put toner and serum on him, then a moisturizer. I then used my jade roller on his face and just massaged everything in. I then gave him a kiss and rolled next to him.

"Yay," He smiled and pulled me into him, "I love you Ava."

"I love you too Matt," I smiled.

In the morning I woke up and got ready for school and Matt was waking up as I was straightening my hair.

"Good morning beautiful girl," He came into my bathroom and hugged me from behind.

"Good morning Matty," I smiled.

He took his phone out and took a photo of us. I laughed to myself and he walked into my living to the kitchen.

"Whatcha making?" I yelled.

"Smoothies for us to take," He responded.

"OOO YAY!" I got excited.

When I was finished doing my hair I walked into the kitchen and he handed me one of my lidded cups and I took a sip of the smoothie.

"You look beautiful," He smiled.

"I straightened my hair," I laughed.

"Okay? And you're constantly gorgeous."

I gave him a kiss and we left to go to school, when we left Nick and Chris were waiting by my locker.

"You guys fuck on the roof again," Nick smirked.

"Oh my god Nick I fucking hate you," Matt rolled his eyes.

"So yes?" He laughed.

"No, we didn't." I let out a laugh.

"You guys are fucking weird," Matt rolled his eyes again.

"You're the one who fucked her on her apartment's roof," Chris laughed.

"Call yall stop?" I laughed, my cheeks turning red.

"Absolutely not," Nick laughed.

We all walked to classes and then finished the school day out with Math as normal, and Matt had taken me back to my house, and then went back to his place. It was time to prep for my interview tomorrow.
