Chapter 19

Reign's POV

" Wait, Akie's Reign?", the woman commented. That actually had a nice ring to it. "Yeah?...I mean, I hope to be", I said shyly. She dashed towards me and engulfed me in a tight hug. "I knew you two wouldn't be able to stay away from each other". I was so confused right now. "Sorry, but how do you know me?". She stepped back with a huge smile on her face. "We are Akieno's parents". I was too stunned to speak. "You are the one I spoke to on Akie's phone?", she nodded her head to confirm my question. I looked at his dad. "Oh my...I called you a genie and asked if you're a serial killer". My face turned blood red of embarrassment. "I'm extremely sorry", I pleaded. Both of them started laughing. " It's okay, I find you extremely funny. My name is Hisoka Soma, and this is my beautiful wife, Miyako Soma", he introduced them.

" He should be here any minute now", Miyako said. I've been here for 4 hours, talking with her. I even told her about Blake. She respectfully called him a piece of shit. "Akie likes popping in after work sometimes before he goes to his home. After he moved out, he started missing his sisters, but claims they are the once that's devastated without him. So he decides to pop in every now and then to spend time with them", we giggled a little. Can Akie get any more adorable?

Suddenly laughter could be heard from down the hall. Sounded like toddlers. The laughter got louder and two little girls appeared. They must be the twins. "And what is so funny?", Miyako asked them. " Da...dad stepped in-", she was laughing too much to even speak. "He stepped in Goody's poo", their laughter got loud again. Miyako just shook her head.

"Okay girls, come greet our guest", Miyako demanded. The girls hopped infront of me and the first one stretched her hand towards me. "Hello, my name is Amaya", it's obvious that she has a lot of confidence. "And my name is Hamari", the second one said shyly. "Its nice to meet you both", I said politely. They are so damn cute. " It's nice to be meeted too", Hamari said. Amaya held her hands on her head like she's stressing. "Hamari we've been over this, stop adding 'ted' to the wrong words. It's supposed to be 'it's nice to meet you too' ", Amaya corrected her. I was dying of trying to hold my laugh back. "I'll say it however I want to", Hamari retorted back. Their debate went on as they walked out of the lounge and out the front door.

"They're both so beautiful ", I said to Miyako. "Thank you dear, they are the apple of my eye". It was clear as daylight on her face how much she loves her children. "I hope I can raise my kids as decent and well mannered as yours ", I joked. "Talking about grandbabies already hey?", she teased which made me blush. "Brother Akie!", I heard the twins shout from outside. My heart started pounding in my chest of excitement. His finally here. I heard giggles and then the front door opened. Next thing I saw was Amaya on Akie's back and Hamari in his arms. He froze when he saw me and the girls unlatched themselves from him.

He was actually here right now. After more then 30 days of not seeing him, I could see the stubble his starting to grow out. "Reign?...what are you doing here?...how?...what..what's going on?", he asked all at once. "One question at a time son", Miyako answered . " Can I talk to you alone for a minute?", I asked Akieno and he nodded. He led me to a room upstairs that looked like a guest bedroom. He locked the door and when he turned around, I launched at him and gave him a tight hug which he returned. " I thought I'll never see you again, it's really you", he whispered in my ear. We separated from each other and sat on the end of the bed. This feels familiar. "I thought the same thing, but next thing I knew I was in a plane coming to look for you, magically came across your dad which drove me here and now, here we are", I said in one breath. "Wait, you came all this way looking for me?...why?". I turned towards him and took his hands in mine. "Cause...I'm inlove with you Akieno Soma". His eyes lit up. "I was a fool for not admitting it earlier. And I'm sorry that it took me a whole month to realize it", I said while gazing into those eyes I've missed so much. " I'm just happy you're finally here", he whispered while putting his palm against my cheek. I leaned into his hand. " So am I", I said. He leaned in and kissed me which started to get heated. "Fuck we have to stop before I traumatize my parents with how loud I can make you scream", he said lustfully. I pulled away.

A heavy feeling started settling in my stomach. Before things goes further,I need to tell him how things ended between me and Blake And be honest with him.

'"Akie, I need to tell you something"
