A rumble of thunder followed along with the heavy rain pouring sounded off outside. Haven laid awake with Cairo beneath her, his face in her neck as his hands wrapped around her waist— their favorite way to sleep if you asked Cairo.

Haven gently rubbed her thumb across Cairo's face as she listened to his light snores feeling content within herself. The sudden movement of him snuggling her close caught her attention. "Bae?"

"Hm?" She hummed, scratching her head as the lace that was once laid was now slightly lifted. Left with no response after humming, she looked down simply guessing that he was talking in his sleep.

The rain sounds outside simply brought Haven to peaceful rest whether she was sleeping or not due to her love for rain.

Her mind ran with thoughts as both her and Cairo's bare bodies embodied together led her to a euphoric feeling that she hadn't come off of since the events that occurred within them earlier.

What had once started as a saddened night had turned into both of them being on cloud nine.

Laying on the couch, Haven enjoyed the hard thumps of the rain hitting the windows. It had been a gloomy day all morning and noon and soon had turned into a thunderstorm occurring.

Her laptop laid on her lap as her attention grew away from what she really should have been doing at the moment— studying.

Duke laid on the long length of the couch, placing his large head on her ankle, cuddling beneath her as he wanted his own bonding time with her.

Her hand juggled with her phone as she picked it up taking a glance at the time, chewing at her bottom lip being that it was very late and Cairo hadn't returned home yet once again.
