"Write when not drained."
The state of our mind and body is essential when writing. If you are tired, you cannot produce the best quality of your crafts. Imagine a pomelo fruit. It is juicy and sweet when it is fresh. Unlike when it is bruised or overripe, the taste is likely bitter or so sour, and of less juice. It is true with writing. We cannot obtain the potential of yielding the best product when our mind and body are not in good condition. It is necessary to set our mood whenever we start scribbling. Look for an environment that suits your style: whether chaotic or serene. Add music if you prefer. Select also the best time that your ideas will flow freely. Additionally, avoid pressuring yourself especially when you are not feeling well: physically, mentally and emotionally.
To achieve a satisfying result, we need to be ready in all aspects, before we sit and write. This is to avoid repeating all over again due to substandard output. This will enable us to move forward, instead of going around in circles. It is both energy-saver and time-saver. Write when energetic.
