"Start with the basic."
Like stairs that comprise of several stairways going up, our tiny, single step is also significant in going to victory. We cannot jump up to three to four staircases at a time, or else we will get injured or much exhausted. We need to step one by one in order to reach the top. The same is true with writing. Small but steady actions will keep us moving forward. If you are finding it hard to compose a full-length novel, as a beginner, it is advisable to write oneshot or short stories first. If you are an aspiring poet, try to compose one or two verses at a time, until it becomes a stanza, then definitely four to five stanzas. Do not force yourself to do the complex ones, without passing the simple ways first.
Begin with the basic—just like a baby. He needs to crawl first, then grab something to stand, take tiny steps, walk firmly, then finally, run. Our little steps in writing may seem invisible to everyone, but those are vital to attaining success. Refrain from taking shortcuts. Walk in the path step by step to keep away from harm. Start with the primary.
