After their Anniversary dinner, Christian and Winona went to a billiard hall to play a few games of pool.

"Alright, so do you know how to play?" Christian asked as they walked up to a pool table, picking up a cue stick.

"Do you?" Winona asked him back putting a hand on the pool table and tilting her head, grinning.

"Yeah. And you?" He tilted his head and smiled back at her.

"Sure" She laughed, taking a sip out of her bottle of beer.

"Okay, I'll rack them up" He picked up the triangle and started to arrange the balls in the triangle.

They started to play a few rounds right after.

"Oh god, I have to be careful not to hit the eight ball in the hole" Winona noticed as she noticed it was in the way of the ball she was gonna hit.

Christian was drinking from his beer but then looked back down to see what she was talking about. "Ah, You do" He stifled a laugh. "Good Luck" He teased.

"Don't patronize me" She scoffed, rolling her eyes playfully.

Winona positioned her pool stick and bent down to the tables level. She hit her ball and to her horror, the ball she hit pocketed the 8 ball instead of the one she was aiming to pocket. 

"Ohh!" She groaned painfully.

"Oh!" Christian winced. "Game over!" He said with glee.

Winona held her cue stick in defeat, they started another round after that.

A while after their game started, She was suddenly in the same position again.

"Damn it" She frowned, bending down again.

"Alright, Do you want me to help you?" Christian chuckled.

Winona looked up at him and thought for a second. Then she gestured for him to go for it.

Christian put down his pool stick and went beside her.

He leaned down right beside her "Now, you have to remember in pool, it's all about the right angles" Christian smiled.

Christian started to move her shot, putting his arm around her. "Okay, put you arm here"

Winona looked at him to her side and smiled.

He noticed this after a while and asked "What?" He grinned.

"You really never fail to make my heart flutter" She said sweetly.

Christian smiles right back at her as they kiss.

They pull back and Winona asks "Take the shot?" 

"Take the shot" He nodded, standing back up.

She takes the shot and the 8 ball stays perfectly outside the pocket and the ball she was supposed to hit falls into it.

Winona raises her hands and cheers "Yes!" 

Christian celebrates too and hugs her, giving Winona a high five.

They left the billiard hall a round after that.

When they got home to their apartment, They got ready for bed then went to sleep after that.

Late into the night, Winona shuffles while she couldn't sleep. She stares at the ceiling, biting her lip. 

She and then turns around to face Christian who was asleep beside her. 

She puts her hand and head on his chest "Pssst." She whispers.

He didnt answer so she whispered again "Psst." lifting up her head and laying on her stomach, facing him.

"Mmmh" Christian mumbled.

"Chris" Winona whispered.

"He's asleep" He whispered back at her.

"I can't sleep again" Winona said with a sad look on her face.

His eyes flutter open turning his head to her. "I'm sorry darling" Wrapping his arms around her waist. Christian gives her a kiss on her temple.

"Do you want to get a snack?" He smiled softly at her.

"Okay" Winona smiled back at him.

Christian sits up and crawls out of the covers. Walks to the foot of the bed, then holds Winona's hand as she crawls out too. 

They held each others hands as they walked out the bedroom door to the kitchen.

Winona hops up onto the counter and sits criss crossing her legs. 

Christian opens the fridge "Ice cream?" He asks.

"Please" She replied.

He runs his fingers through his hair as he grabbed the small Ben & Jerry's tub.

Winona opens the drawer below the counter she was on grabs two spoons and hands him one.

They dig into the Ice cream with their spoons, sitting in comfortable silence as they kept the refrigerator door open as their light

"Do you think I should get a tattoo?" Christian chuckled

"Of what?" Winona chuckled too, eating a scoop of Ice cream from her spoon.

"I don't know" He shrugged "Maybe something cool and symbolic" 

"Mmh, Good Idea" She nodded, smiling.

They exchange loving looks with each other when Christian held onto both of Winona's hands "Come here" He said.

She hopped off the counter as he started to slow dance with her.

Christian held her hand as he twirled her then pulled her back in. Winona leaned on his chest while they danced.
