Your POV:

My breaths came in short spurts as I smirked down at the angry blonde beneath me. I had beaten him for the third time today, and to say he was fuming was an understatement.

"Damn you!" He spat.

I just laughed and stood up, offering my hand to him — which he smacked away in disgust.

"You up for another round, or are you done for the day?"

He gave no answer, and instead lunged at me, sparks flickering from his palms.

Okay. I guess he was up for it.

Dodging his attack, I pulled huge chunks of earth from the ground, surrounding him. I then shot out two jets of water, using the liquid to compress the rocks around him until he was trapped in a cage of dirt.

However, he was already beginning to break out, which was evident by the loud explosions from within the cage. I readied my next attack, preparing to spring my trap the moment he escaped.

With a yell, he burst through the top of my makeshift rock cage, sending a huge blast towards me. I returned it with a powerful gust of wind, diverting the explosion and giving me an opening. I boosted myself into the air, whilst creating a spinning fire wheel that I threw at his torso. His eyes widened as he maneuvered to avoid it, allowing me to deliver a powerful kick that sent him flying back down to the ground.

I willed the dirt to close in around him, filling up his palms so he could no longer activate his Quirk. He was immobilized.

"Game. Set. Match."

My Quirk was called "Element". It allows me to freely control fire, water, earth, and air. Unlike most of the Quirk-possessing people in society, mine manifested as soon as I was born. Apparently I nearly killed all the nurses in my hospital room with a fire tornado.

Growing up, I would cause natural disasters with any strong emotion, and couldn't actually control it until I was four.

Naturally, I learned to shut down any strong emotion that crept up on me.

"DAMN YOU AGAIN!"

And dear old Kacchan lacked any trace of that skill.

I just smiled at him while letting the dirt recede from his quivering form.

"Let's go get dinner."

---------------

I couldn't help but snicker as Kacchan practically inhaled his udon. He had always had quite the appetite.

I had been friends with him and Deku ever since we were small. Over the years, I had gotten used to the former's hot temper, and the latter's Quirk fanatics. But they had still not gotten used to each other.

I try to stay out of their petty quarrels most of the time, but sometimes Kacchan goes too far, and I have to step in. When I do, it's never good for him.

"How long is it until the U.A. entrance exam again?" I asked while stirring around my matcha.

"Two months." He replied without looking up from his food.

The only person I knew who was more determined to get into U.A. than Kacchan or me was Deku.

"Deku has seriously been training like crazy for the last few months for the exam, huh?" I said.

"Shut up. Don't talk about that damn nerd. And what do you mean training?"

I snickered at his contradiction.
