Your POV

Ojiro came flying at us from our right, his probe out and sparking.

"Sorry about this!" He exclaimed.

Right before it connected with Shoto, I delivered an upward kick to Ojiro's arm, throwing it out of the way.

While he recovered, I landed back on my feet, sprinting to catch up with Shoto — but the others were still in hot pursuit, and gaining fast.

"Thanks," Shoto said.

"Don't mention it."

We were back in the city now, the slight cushioning of the grass replaced by the hard concrete under our feet.

"I hate to say it, but I think we need to split up," I said, looking behind us. "There's no way we can deal with all of them at once."

"Agreed. I'll take the right and you take the left?"

"Works for me," I reached over and ruffled his hair. "Don't get caught."

He smiled slightly before turning and taking the street on the right. I ran in the opposite direction, checking over my shoulder to see who was following. Tsu and Ochaco were running after Shoto, while Ojiro came after me.

"Aw come on..." I muttered.

I turned down an alleyway, throwing down a couple trash cans behind me to block his path. They collapsed with a huge crash, but were unfortunately not a huge hindrance — considering Ojiro managed to jump over them with ease, and was gaining on me.

There's no way I would be able to outrun him. He was too fast. So, I did what any reasonable person would do.

I planted my feet, turned around, and threw a punch at the Martial Arts Hero.

He redirected my hand to the side before shoving the probe at my core. I jumped and flipped over his head, missing the crackling electricity by a hair.

After I landed, I attempted to sweep his legs out from under him.

"Taking me in a one-on-one fight, huh? That's gutsy, even for you," he said.

He anticipated my attack, launching himself upward and kicking the side of my head.

Damn.

The force of it snapped my head sideways, and I bumped into the side of a nearby building. He lunged at me again with great speed, and I ducked down, rolling away and getting to my feet.

There was a small crack in the building where my head had been a moment before.

Incan't beat him. My only hope is to find someone who's better than me at hand-to-hand combat. Like Sato, or Kirishima, or—

I caught a glimpse of a mop of green hair.

"Midoriya!" I yelled, jumping over Ojiro's low swing with the probe.

The boy was looking around in confusion, trying to figure out who had called his name. Then, his eyes locked onto mine, and he analyzed the situation with a furrowed brow before running straight towards us.

Thank goodness.

Ojiro had landed another strong kick in my stomach this time, and all my breath was expelled forcefully. As I tried to inhale, I ran towards Deku.

It was only as we got closer to each other that I realized his tracker was on.

"Oh fu—"

I was interrupted by a sharp tingling sensation in my back that quickly spread to every muscle in my body. My legs seized up and I fell, my knees hitting the ground hard.
