6: I Might be Theseus

Everyone was in shock.

How did this happen? Didn't U.A. have security measures in place?

"What? Villains? No way! There's no way they could get into a hero school!"

"They just did." I said, shaking my head in shock.

"Teacher, what about the trespasser sensors?" Yaoyorozu asked Thirteen.

"We have them, of course, but..."

"Did they only appear here, or around the whole school?"

This was the first time I had heard Todoroki speak.

His voice was deeper than I imagined.

"Either way, if the sensors are not responding, that means they have someone with a Quirk that can do that. An isolated area separated from the main campus during a time when a class is supposed to be here. They may be fools, but they're not dumb. This surprise attack was carefully planned with some sort of goal in mind." He continued.

"And what do you think that goal is?" I asked.

"I'm not sure. But we know they're somehow using U.A. in a bigger plan. They wouldn't just go after a bunch of first-years."

"Thirteen, start the evacuation. Try calling the school. Kaminari, you try contacting the school with your Quirk as well."

"Yes sir."

"What about you, sir? Will you fight by yourself?" Deku asked. "With that many, even if you can erase their Quirks...Eraser Head's fighting style is capturing after erasing the enemy's Quirk. A frontal battle is..."

"You can't just be a hero with one trick." He replied.

"I'm leaving it to you, Thirteen."

He jumped off the ledge, racing toward the enemies below. He was able to easily capture the first three of them in his scarf. As we watched, he took more and more down with ease.

Our job was to take shelter. We ran back the way we came, only to find the portal figure blocking us.

"Nice to meet you. We are the League of Villains." The portal said. "It may be presumptuous of us, but we have invited ourselves into the homes of the heroes, U.A. High School, in order to have All Might, the Symbol of Peace, take his last breath. I believe All Might should have been here. Has there been some sort of change? Well that is neither here nor there. This is the part I am to play. "

Before Thirteen could do anything, a flash of red and black came shooting at the portal. It was Kacchan and Kirishima.

What are they doing?

One of Kacchan's explosions filled the air with smoke, and I coughed as I attempted to wave it away.

"Did you consider that you'd get beaten by us before you did it?"

"Kacchan! Kirishima! Let Thirteen handle it! You're just getting in the way!" I yelled, even though I couldn't see anything.

"Oh dear, that's dangerous. That's right. Even if you are students, you are excellent golden eggs."

"No! Move away, you two!" Thirteen cried.

"My job is to scatter you all and torture you to death!" The portal said, reaching out long tendrils of purple smoke that surrounded us.

In a moment, I was falling from the sky, towards a fiery landscape below.

He warped me.

I realized Ojiro was also falling next to me. I quickly swept us both up in a windstream, and lowered us gently down to a building.
