16: YEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Third Person POV

In Y/N's time at Endeavor's Hero Agency, she actually did learn quite a few things; a hero's instinct must be top-notch in order to perform well, one must learn to use their Quirk's full potential with caution in close range of others, Todoroki's favorite color is white, and Endeavor has no clue when people are being passive aggressive to him.

However, it was a relief to go back to school. She had missed her friends, and was eager to hear about how their internships had gone.

Todoroki and Y/N were actually the first ones to the classroom on the day back, and they talked for a little while until they were joined by Mina, Momo, and Jiro.

Y/N hopped up from the desk she was using as a chair and walked over to them.

"Y/N! Long time no see!" Mina said, tackling her in a hug.

She chuckled while patting her on the back. "Hey you guys,"

The other two girls greeted her as well.

"The incident with Stain has been all over the news. I'm so glad you and the other three were okay — I was so worried." Momo said.

"That's right! You were right there, weren't you?" Jiro chimed in.

"Yeah. Lucky the great Endeavor was there. We would have been screwed." Y/N bit back a laugh at the utter lie.

"How were your internships?"

As more and more people filed in, everyone started talking about their internships. When Kacchan walked in, Y/N nearly choked on the water she was drinking.

His hair had been gelled and styled so that it was laying flat across his head. Even though his usual hair was quite ridiculous, this somehow looked so much worse. Y/N knew immediately it was the work of Best Jeanist, who was rather superficial.

Kirishima and Sero had absolutely lost it when they saw him.

"Holy crap! What the heck Bakugo!" They howled with laughter.

"Stop laughing! My hair's gotten used to this and I can't get it back the right way! Did you not hear me! I'll kill you both!" He yelled.

"I'd like to see you try, pretty boy!" Sero said.

Kacchan's hair suddenly exploded, going back to its usual state.

"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?"

"Oh there it goes!" Kirishima said.

Todoroki, Deku, Iida and Y/N had gathered around one desk at the back of the room. They were speaking quietly about Stain, and the imprint he had left in his wake.

"Everyone at my internship loved me, it was actually kind of great!" Kaminari said. "Now, if you want to talk about the ones who really changed, it was those four."

He gestured in their direction, which caused everybody to turn to the group.

Kacchan had picked up Kirishima and Sero by their collars, but they seemed unbothered.

Yeah! The Hero Killer!" Sero said.

"Glad you guys made it back alive, seriously!" Kirishima added.

By now, their classmates were starting to crowd around them.

"You were lucky Endeavor showed up and saved you guys!" Sato said.

"Cool! Just what I'd expect from the number two hero!"

Todoroki looked down.

"Yeah, that's right. He saved us."

Y/N cringed slightly, knowing how painful that probably was for him to say.
