Part 5

I was on the phone with Michelle since she was coming to NY in a few days when I heard a knock on the door. My aunt and uncle were upstairs so I told them I would get the door. As soon as I opened the door I wanted to close it. I didn’t want to deal with this right now; I was in the middle of my plans with Michelle. But I decided to call her back later and attend the person that was standing there. 

-“What are you doing here?” I said to Logan not believing he was here.

-“Can I come in PLEASE... it’s freezing out here” 

-“So now you are Mr. polite and say please” I don’t get it how did he find out I was here and most importantly why was he here? “I guess you can come in so you don’t freeze to death…” I said pointing to the inside of the house so he could come in “why are you here anyway?”

-“I came to apologize for bumping into you and for treating you like I did and I know you are probably asking how I know you are here. I can explain!” he had the cutest apology face ever. Wait Ella what are you thinking he was a total jerk and you don’t even know him. “my flight was delayed, I was late and the paparazzi wouldn’t leave my tail. I was tired, hungry and a little bit angry but it wasn’t your fault and I took it out on you and I apologize” he said to me while I motioned for us to sit at the sofa so he could continue.

Wow he really was sorry, you can see it in his face, and he came all this way just to apologize. My heart melted at the sound of his words, I knew it he really was who I thought he was maybe more. WTF Ella what is happening to you? You don’t have a chance with Logan so get those thought out of your head. There are a million other girls that want this man and you think you can get away with it the fuck is wrong with you, my inner self screamed at me.

When I finally snapped out of it I said “Well I forgive you, I know it can be tough, and it’s good to know that you really aren’t a jackass after all haha. It was really nice of you to go through all this trouble just  to apologize” I said giving him a shy smile and blushing a little. He just sat there giving me the cutest smile ever with his dimples showing as my aunt came into the living room.

-“Hello there!” said my aunt “Dinner is ready if you want to join us everybody is welcomed here”

-“Thank you Mrs…” he trailed off not knowing her name. “Mrs. Santos but you can call me Ana” she said and smiled to him.

After dinner we went back to the sofa with some hot chocolate in hand, the chemistry and flow of the conversation was incredible it was like I knew him for ages and his eyes dear God. I was dying on the inside, my inner self was giggling like a little school girl with a crush on the new kid.

-“wow look at the time I should probably go its late. Where is your aunt I want to thank her for dinner and the hot chocolate” as he said that my aunt walked into the living room.

-“hey sweetie I don’t think you will be able to get home tonight. I don’t know if you noticed but while you two were talking there was a little snow storm and we are a little snowed in, but I think by tomorrow you can get home. I wouldn’t want anything to happen to you this late at night, Ella would kill me.” she said, I blushed and he chuckled.

-“Aunty Ana stop it” I said giving her the ‘shut up’ look with wide eyes

-“you can stay in the guest room sweetheart. Ella will show you where it is, just feel at home hunn” 

-“Thank you Mrs. Sa- I mean Ana! I think I have some clothes in my car. Is there any chance I can get any help on getting to my car?”

-“Sure my husband will help you. Joe… can you come down here for a second and help our guest?”

Oh my I could believe this we didn’t notice the snow storm or the time hahaha this is crazy. And even crazier Logan Henderson is spending the night over. I need to get it together I mentally slapped myself. These two days are going to be interesting.
