"Run your hands through your hair, absentmindedly making me want you"
I looked around as everyone in the training yard watched my every move.
"Don't look at them" my father said.
I looked back to him as he nodded. I held my right hand out, focusing on the swords. They levitated into the air as I controlled my breathing.
"Good" he said. "Now, hit the targets."
I turned around, throwing my hand out as the swords hit the middle of the targets. I smiled, turning back to my father who was clapping. I ran to him as he kissed the top of my head. Applause then erupted as everyone clapped, whistling.
"You did good, little one" he said. "Vaella, your turn."
I backed up, patting Vaella on her back as I passed her.
"How is training going?" Jacaerys asked.
I looked to my left, smiling as he nudged me.
"For me good, but for Vaella it has not" I said.
I tilted my head, watching Vaella try and levitate the swords. My father was being far more patient with her than I would have been. She finally levitated them, though they were shaking in the air meaning she had no real control over them.
My father ordered her to hit the targets. She clearly was not confident, shakily nodding her head. She went to throw them but in a split second she lost control. I held my hands up as the swords made their way to us. I looked at the levitating swords, dropping them before walking to her.
"You are not ready to be training out here" I said. "You could've killed someone!"
"Visenya!" My father snapped.
"Sorry, I'm not perfect like you" Vaella said.
She walked past me, pushing my shoulder as she did so. I lowered my head, not wanting to look at my father. Before he got the chance to say anything I spoke.
"I know" I said.
I smiled at Jacaerys before going after Vaella. She was walking to her chambers as I tried to stop her.
"I'm sorry" I said.
"You don't mean that" she said.
I ran to catch up to her, stepping in front of her. I put my hands on her arms, shaking them.
"I don't mean to be hard on you. I love you, Vaella, I truly do" I said. "They expect me to know how to use my magic because I am to be Queen one day. And I don't mean to share that burden with you.. I expect too much of you I'm afraid."
"I just.. I can't do it" she said.
"But you can" I said. "I know you can. Father should not have you out in the training yard yet. If you want, we can train privately in the dragon pit."
"I wish I could be more like you" she said.
I sighed, poking her nose.
"I want you to be your own person" I said.
"Princess Visenya" Ser Erryk said.
I turned around, smiling at my sworn shield.
"Yes, Ser Erryk?" I said.
"The Prince Aegon is requesting you in your apartments" he said.
"Do you know what it is about?" I asked.
"I'm afraid not, Princess" he said.
I nodded, looking at Vaella. I put my hand on her head as she smiled. I walked with Ser Erryk to Aegon and I's apartments
"Are you sure you don't know what it's about?" I asked.
I looked at Ser Erryk who got uncomfortable.
"Great" I sighed.
He opened the chamber doors as I walked in. I looked around, going into one of the rooms inside to find Aegon dressing.
"My lovely wife to be" he said.
I rolled my eyes, walking towards him.
"What did you want?" I asked.
"I can't ask you how your day is going?" He asked.
"I'm surprised you're not already drunk" I said.
"You think little of me" he said.
"You're right, I do" I said. "I'm surprised you're not out fucking your whores."
"Jealous?" He asked.
I felt my throat close in, smiling.
"Never" I said.
He walked towards me as I backed up until my back hit a wall. He put his hand around my waist as I looked up to him. His free hand went to my face, his thumb grazing my bottom lip.
"Could've pushed me off a while ago" he said. "Unless.. you want it."
"There's not much to want" I said.
"Oh, yeah?" He said. "It's bound to happen anyway. You need to produce heirs.."
I put my hand on his chest, my fingers roaming down his stomach, stopping right below his belly button.
"Yeah.. but not today" I said.
I pushed him away as he scoffed.
"What was the real reason you wanted me here?" I asked.
"My mother wants us in her and the Kings chambers" he said.
"Why?" I asked.
"If I knew we wouldn't be going" he snapped.
I looked around, going to the mirror to look at my reflection. I noticed a small piece of dirt on my cheek, rubbing it off as Aegon walked over. He buttoned his shirt up as my eyes lingered on him longer than I'd like. He pushed his hair back as I quickly looked away.
"Ready?" I asked.
"Sadly" he said.
We walked out of our apartments and made our way to the Kings chambers in silence.
