Chapter 30 - christmas part 1

--- Ashtons pov( 25th Decemeber) ---

I love sleeping in on christmas morning. I especially love sleeping in with the one I love the most in the world. But today I learned how much christmas means to Melody.

"Ashton can we go open our presents now... or at least our stockings anyway" She whispered really loudly into my ear. I just rolled over and ignored her. Shes been asking me every ten minutes since five this morning and it's only six now. On the days before christmas she was the one demanding to sleep in till nine.

"Ashton I really wanna open my presents now but I don't wanna wake your Mum and Steve up"

"But me, Lauren and Harry have to suffer do we" I questioned turning back over. She just smiled and nodded. If I didn't love her and if she wasn't pregnant I would have shoved her out of my bed at that point to get her to shut up.

"Ashton" She whispered into my ear again as I rolled over. I loved her excitment at any normal time but not six. Especially when I was having a wonderful dream which included her.

"Ashton... I wanna give you your first present of the day"

I rolled over and gave her a confused look. The smile on her face grew wider as we stared at each other. Was it an actual present or did she mean sex? It did make me curious about what it was.

"Is it something I can actually unwrap now or do I have to wait"

"You can unwrap it now if you want. Give me a second" Melody explained before climbing out of bed. I just sighed before getting comfortable again while watching her.

"You know my shirt looks sexy on you" I pointed out with a smirk. She just hummed in response without looking at me. Maybe it wasn't sex then?

"Haha I found it gift number one" She shouted before turning around. I wanted to laugh at her wrapping but I held back my laughter. I was actually starting to get curious with what's inside. Melody then walked back over and plopped next to me.

"I know you will enjoy it " She repsonded before handing it to me. I stared at the present in my hands before ripping the wrapping paper off. It was a box. It was a simple brown box.

"Is it a sex box" I questioned as Melody just chuckled before shaking her head at me.

"No it's not a sex box. Open it quickly" she ordered with pure excitment. I just chuckled before opening the box. My excitment and confusion turned to just confused. It was a book.

"Oh wow a book... exactly what I asked for" I muttered as Melody just chuckled before taking it out of the box. She then started to wave it closer to my face.

"Its a couples coupon book I got from Etsy. It has thirty different things you can redeem that we have to do" Melody explained opening the book and explaining it to me. I didn't want to ruin her excitment and tell her I knew what it was cause her excitment was adorable.

"You even got custom ones as well but don't write in it cause I'm doing a Melody Thompson special deal for you. You can use each coupon five times... no three times... ten times?" She mumbled the last part before smiling at me. I just chuckled before planting a kiss on her lips.

"We can stick with five for now and see if we wanna change it. It's very sweet Melody" I answered as we just stared at each other. That was when i had a brilliant idea thanks to Melody.

"I'm redeeming sexy time"

"For when" Melody questioned as I stared blankly at her. A few minutes she then opened her mouth before the realisation hit her like a brick.

"Oh... oh my god I'm a dumbass" She mumbled causing me to chuckle while she buried her head into her hands.
