Zander's POV
It was official , Kai hated me . Not that I blamed him. I tried apologizing , but Kai wouldn't even stay in a room with me long enough for me to do that. I was so stupid to expect him to lose focus on school because of me .
Kai was the prefect partner to me . Yet , I still wanted him to give up his individuality for me.What kind of husband am I ? When all I do is take from him , and never giving him anything in return.
I try distracting myself with work , but it didn't help. I step away from my computer, realizing I was typing Kai's name at end of my sentences.
I sigh , slamming the computer shut. I step onto the balcony , hoping to get some fresh air.
A few minutes of me taking deep breathes pass , before hear a loud crash . I look around the dining area . Dirt had spilt all over the place .
"I'll clean it up." Kai voices . I find him sitting on the floor behind the table .
He picks up the fallen flower pot , and tries to scooping the dirt back in it .
What was he doing out here ? Hiding from me all the way out here was a bit extreme.
"Let me help." I offer , kneeling beside him.
"It's okay ," he says . "I'll clean it myself."
He tries brushing the residue away , but accidentally gets dust in his eye.
He goes to rub his eyes . I stop him , holding his wrist . "You'll make it worst." I tell him.
I reach to help him stand , but he finches away from me.
"I'm fine." He says ,despite the obvious discomfort on his face.
He tries to get up too quickly , and bumps his head against the table.
"Are you intent on hurting yourself ?" I ask him , angry that he preferred getting hurt over taking my help.
I help him to his feet , and lead him into the kitchen. I turn on the tap , and help wash the dirt from his hands.
He flashes water unto his face , until he finally can open his eye without squinting.
" I can see ! " He says , holding my hand in excitement.
"That you can." I laugh.
He almost smiles , but stops himself and looks away. "Not even your anger can hide your amazing smile." I tell him.
I stroke his face . His eyes were warm , and with every moment I looked into them I grew more and more attached to him.
"I should go." Kai mouths , pushing my hand away from his face.
"Where are you going ?" I ask , curious on why he wanted to leave the house on a Sunday.
"Nowhere ," he answers ."Now let me go."
"I can't , since you're the one holding my hand ." I smirk. I squeeze his hand , and he blushes seeing his hold on my left hand.
"I-I-didn't mean-to." He stutters . But , he doesn't let go of my hand. I hadn't been this close to him in weeks.
"Let me kiss you - just once." I blurt.
I touch his face , and kiss him .
"PZander- " He moans my name , when I kiss his neck.
