Syclups were assigned to a task before our school year end, and that is to survey and interview people whether outside or inside the campus, regardless our situation where we all know our undeniable fame.
The interview was all about market and demands where our new school projects focus onto. I don't know when did Stallion became so economically. We have to interview around 300 people within 2 weeks, 150 per week, 21-22 per day. We decided to go individually because it would be faster than moving as a group.
"'Wag ka nang mag interview sa kabilang University, dito ka nalang sa malapit.."
Stell suddenly said while we're on gate, ready to go on our own destinations."Why not?" i asked, curiously. That was a random thought from Stell.
"Anong 'why not' ka dyan? Balak mo talagang pumunta 'dun?!" he exclaimed about hearing my question.
"Yeah?" i said, even more curious now. Anong problema nila sa University ni Hera? The place is good and the students are nice. What's wrong with Stell?
"Nando'n ang Raiders." Paulo suddenly said with his serious face.
"So? Who's Raiders anyway?" takang tanong ko. Is it a name, a group, or an organisation? It sounds weird.
"Don't tell me you don't know them?" tanong ni Josh habang tumatawa ng sarkastiko at hindi maipinta ang ekspresyon ng mukha.
"What or who the fuck is that?" i lost my patience, andami nilang pasikot sikot, hindi nalang nila agad sabihin kung sino o ano iyon.
"They are a group of five men, a Syclups wanna be.." Paulo shortly explained.
A group? And claims to be our rival? Huh!
They just do their things out of jealousy, they want fame." Stell added which completed the thought. They don't want me to go there because of the possibility that i might encounter them and made a 1 versus 5 battle, isn't it?
Kidding.
"They hate us, so better avoid them and erase troubles and mess. It's a proper way of telling them that Syclups is not how they act and think like." Paulo said with a serious expression before going away to pick his car and leaving me all alone there.
Kulto? Clown? Tsk.
I held my papers tightly before started walking and grab my phone to text Hera. Whatever Raiders is, they can't stop me from seeing my goddess. I miss her cute smile..the way she laugh, ang her beautiful hair.. Damn.
"Shit." halos masampal ko ang sarili ko nang marealize ko kung gaano ako magmukhang baliw sa daan habang malawak ang ngiti sa mukha.
"You're crazy Ken," i whispered to myself before uttering a curse again.
I drove again to her university. It was 2 in the afternoon and a bit gloomy. There's no reported typhoon tho.
"Malapit na ako, are you with your friends?" i gently asked her through phone. Right, we're on call again, my phone's on the phone holder so it's safe.
