"I got it! I figured it out!" I yelled and Joey & Gil rushed over to me, I spun my computer around and there it was! A picture of Jada, Rene And Their mom labeling them as brother and sister! Proof! I got it!"

Now I can definitely use this against Jada and Toni can have a reason not to hate me.

Me, Gil & Joey walked in excited as heck! Ready to call Jada out and get Toni out of trouble

I came in and took my seat next to Toni. She smelled good as usual.

"Hey Janet." She whispered in my ear as I smiled.

"Hey Tone." I said and she giggled.

"Tone? I like that." She said and then the Judge started speaking.

"Now we're here for the case of Ms Braxton. Now in this report it says that you were planning on pleading guilty but changed your mind why?" Judge Mathis asked.

"Janet, my lawyer she practically begged me to. And now I really do have faith that she can prove me non guilty." Toni said and Judge Mathis nodded and signalled for her to sit back down.

"Okay Ms Jackson. You may began."

"Okay. So the night Rene was allegedly murdered Toni had left the house and when she returned he was gone right? But of course that was allegedly as well , but now we have proof. May I show you? I asked and Judge Mathis replied yes.

I walked up to him and showed him the video. And Toni did leave the house and returned back a day later.

Janet smiled walking back to her seat.

"Go ahead." Judge Mathis said to the other lawyer.

"Well see here I would like to call Ms Jada Pinkett to the stand." He said and Toni started to squeeze me.

"What's going on?" She whispered in my ear. I decided to act clueless. "I don't know, hmm let's see." I said and she sighed.

"Jada did you talk to Ms Braxton the day Rene was reported dead?"

"Yes I did." Jada said

"And what did you talk about."

"Groceries." She said calmly.

"How long did you speak to Ms Braxton."

"About twenty minutes"

"Well these phone records show that you only spoke for two. And then 45 minutes later you called Braxton back and that call lasted for about 10 minutes. So that doesn't quite add up to me. Did you play a part in helping Toni to hide Rene's body?" The other lawyer asked and Jada looked like a ghost. Pale ass hell.

"Janet! What is going on! I told you I don't want Jada involved." Toni whispered in my ear.

"Well Toni. I didn't get her invovled the other lawyer did. And I really need you to tell me the truth about what you talked about that night. Then I'll be able to tell you what Jada is hiding from you." I said to Toni and she looked completely stunned.

Jada started speaking.

"That night when I talked to Toni...she told me about her incounter with Rene. But I didn't know he was dead. The reason our first call was only two minutes is because I had bad service in the shopping mall." Jada said convincing the dumb fuckers in the room but not me, not the judge and not Toni.

"Sorry to interrupt but Ms Jada I find that very hard to believe. What goccerie store did you go to?" Judge Mathis asked and Jada hesistated.

"I went to walmart." Jada said and Judge Mathis laughed.

"Why are you lying? I hope you know with holding information is illegal. Tell me the truth Ms Jada or face the possiblity of going to jail.

Jada sighed

"Toni killed Rene."

The whole room gasped.

I could see tears forming in Toni's eyes from the betrayal.

Objection!

"Toni did not kill Rene. In fact the story says that Jada and Rene had a relationship oh but no! Rene is Jada's Brother. And Toni isn't aware of this. Now i was going to wait until tomorrow to expose you but since you decided to throw Toni under the bus. I got you.

I walked up to Judge Mathis and showed him all of the proof.

"Oh but here's the killer! Rene isn't dead! He very much alive and is living in Jada's home. And just before I came here I sent police to her house. 

Just then the police came in with a very much alive Rene. No scars not anything.

"Now the day Toni called Jada she told her about her meeting with Rene but when Toni left he was alive just beat very badley. The 45 minutes that they weren't on the phone Jada took Rene and nursed him back to health"

And here goes another kicker!

When the police arrived to Jada's home they found 20 older woman tied up in their basement. Rene and Jada had been making old women fall in love with them and make fake marraige papers and gather all their information steal their money and leave them and lock them away. Gathering their monthly checks. But as for Toni she was their ticket to never having to take from older women again, but now they have been caught.

Everyone in the room got up and gave a standing ovation. Best case cracked ever.

Jada took that opportunity to make a run for it. And ended up getting tased.

Toni was shocked and numb. And Ms Evelyn ran up to Toni hugging her.

Toni was set free.
