"This hit the mayor." Wednesday said aloud as the group of teens enter the garage. Wendi pausing in her tracks as she looks onto the vehicle recognizing the color.

"Okay. This just took a dark turn. We need to call Tyler's dad right freaking now." Enid exclaims.

"Why?" Wednesday questions, "So, he can take me back to Nevermore and get me expelled?" She asks rhetorically before walking into the rest of the house, "It's not gonna happen."

"This is the night I'm gonna die." Tyler mumbles from behind Wendi as they all follow Wednesday.

"You'll be okay, We all will." Wen says while lightly holding his arm giving a small reassuring smile to which Tyler returns.

After walking around the house for awhile Enid whimpers out, "Seen enough."

Unfortunately, the girl hadn't as she ignores her causing the three to lauter as Wednesday walks around. After eventually coming across an altar hidden in the family library that's candles were blowen out only moments before the teens decide to split up and search the house.

"Tyler, you and Wendi check the rest of the ground floor. Enid and I will search up stair." Wednesday decides as Enid whispers once more before he two head up the stairs leaving the odd duo alone to look.

"I'll look over here, if you see anything shout." Wen says as she turns around but pauses when a hand wraps around her arm.

"Don't you think we should stay together?" Tyler asks.

"It'll be faster this way, besides I'm sure however here ran the second they heard us coming."

As Tyler lets go, he give a nod to the girl. "Okay, but if anything happens."

"I'll shout" Wen finishes for him with a laugh.

As Wendi looks around, she notices the old photos and decorations. While Wendi understood the Gates family weren't the best, she still felt saddened for then after everything they'd been through. Just as she was about to pick up another item rustling

from the other room was heard.

"Guys! Get out! It's Here!" Tyler shouted as more clattering was heard.

Wen began to run toward Tyler when suddenly the beast rounded the corning Giving a heart retching growl before pushing the girl across the room. Wendi's back hit a shelf behind her as a ceramic object tipped over falling onto her head. The impact of the monsters toss and the object shattering onto her cause Wen to fall unconscious the moment she hit the floor.

"Wendi!" A voice was heard in the darkness, it sounded panicked and worried. "Wendi, are you okay? Wendi!" The voice grunts out.

As the voice continued, Wendi's body began to shake lightly causing her conscious to come to. As you eye slowly fluttered in she was met with Tyler leaning over her with a panicked expression over his face.

"Oh, thank god." He let out before wheezing and letting out a pained sigh.

"Tyler?" Wen asked groggily.

"We need to get out of here..." Tyler said as he glanced around. "Do you think you can stand?"

At his question Wendi realized where they were again as here memories of moments ago flooded her mind. Shrugging out her tiredness and pain she began to pull herself up. Once standing she noticed Tyler was hurt, his shirt ripped and coated blood with slash marks on his chest peeking through.

"You're hurt." Wendi said as she moved toward him.

"I'll be okay." Tyler attempts to say as he stumbles resulting in the girl draping one of his arms over her as she assisted his steps, leading both of them out.
